Bought open box Sony Bravia 8, excellent condition. Purchased at the Blaine Outlet, an hour away. There was not a remote, which definitely should be included with open box marked excellent. Call center would not do anything, no way to call the store directly.

“Open box” item looked like it was used for a year and then destroyed when taken apart to put back into its box. Stripped threads on the bolts, bent components and brown stain marks on upholstery.
You would think they had a department that was responsible for confirming the condition of the merchandise being sold as “open box”
But hey, they knocked $8 off of the list price.
You’re better off getting something from Facebook marketplace.
Avoid this store.
