Currently on unit number 3. I have yet to dry a load of clothes. Been going to laundry Matt for over 1 full month. Finally got my 3rd dryer dropped off at my house Saturday and it was the wrong one. There is no way for you to contact the actual store either which is absolutely insane. Called the customer service line and they cannot find my purchase so I am required to drive to this store every single time. So I will miss another day of work so I can drive down to Best Buy to see about getting a 4th dryer sent out to me. What an absolute shame this whole experience has been. Unfortunately, management no longer reads or cares about reviews. No change will be made until you eventually see a “for lease” sign out front. I will receive 0 phone calls, 0 apology, 0 compensation for having to go to a laundry Matt for a month. I will receive an auto generated response with some email address to tell them my complaints. And nobody will hear, care or change anything. It is business 101 for these types. Good luck
