Date of Visit: 01/12/2025 - Clean, fresh, new, what's not to like? Restrooms were gorgeous & perfectly clean. Staff looked bored - but only approached us once to ask if we needed help so that was nice. We definitely prefer the Roseville Best Buy vs this new one, but it's nice to have option throughout the TC Metro (the new Burnsville store was minimally stocked at the time we visited - perhaps because it's new & hadn't gotten product in yet?)

Purchased an asus laptop just a few months ago. Laptop just completely died when doing an update. Brought in to Geek Squad at the new Burnsville location and I was told that there was nothing they can do there. That they are not authorized to work on asus laptop & that I had to call them myself & have sent in myself. Found out after speaking to asus & another Best Buy rep I was told that Best Buy can work on asus laptop and that they can send it in for repair if needed. Staff at that location needs better training!
