The new store is really nice and much more stocked up. The old location was on life support with its very limited stock. I was happy to roll in and support it by buying local. I rolled in to purchase a Echo show 8 that was on sale. I grabbed the box, (it had the security unit wrapped around it) and headed to the cashier. Paid for it and ventured to my car. I got home to open it up and thats when I noticed the seal already broken on the box. I was like, oh no! Sure enough, all the items jammed back into the box. I fired up the echo and yup, its registered to a fella named Jay xxxxxx. I was able to factory reset it and finally register it to me and it at least is all working good. Said part is, it was not marked as open box and was not priced lower. Shame on you BB for having this return item thrown back into the mix as a new unopened item. Luckily, I have it working.

My husband and I bought new phones from Best Buy in Burnsville last week. The Samsung sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. The Verizon sales associate, Allison, was invaluable in our transaction. She was so professional and full of options to save us money. Allison knew what she was doing and walked us step by step through each stage of the process. I am so grateful to her for making this experience as easy as possible. Terrible service. We walked in fully intending to purchase 2 phones. We looked at the options for a while, then asked an employee for help. He said he would get someone. We waited for about 15 minutes and no one came to help. We could see the employee and other staff members chatting the whole time, and they could see us still waiting. So we left frustrated. As soon as he saw us leaving he said he could get someone for us right now. Too late.
