I went to geek squad to pick up my phone and I stood there for 40 mins and no one helped . It was very frustrating. There are only two people working and the were avoiding eye contact with me . I told them it was a pick up and they said they are busy with people and finally one of them decided to get up and call someone for us . It was infuriating. Someone else also had an appointment and he left after no one talked to him for 30 min .
