I bought a router and had issues with it. Nobody knew how to resolve it. My 1GB fiber was only downloading 50mb and uploading 980mb. I tried another and the same problem. It was too many hops. I moved the switch to the front and it resolved. Expertise is a bit slim there.
Date of visit 07/21/25 : Extremely frustrating experience at this new Burnsville location. I had purchased a new Switch 2 where they did not put my trade in on the order. We had to do a return and repurchase for it, but on the repurchase they did not put my Total membership on it. After explaining it to them they called the manager over, but we waiting 5-10 minutes for them even though it was not busy. The manager, Jess, came over and said that they see my protection plan, but I explained that is the old one and it will be cancelled. They did not do anything about it after a back and forth for 20 minutes. After this I went to the Eagan location and they were able to fix this in less than 2 minutes. Thanks for the big headache and waste of time as a long time Best Buy customer.
