I got what I was looking for, I found it, myself. There were at least six team members walking in and out of the store (not sure why, no cars at curb service). Main assets person apparently wasn't good at guessing where cell phone cases were (told the guest in a totally different area. Thankfully, the cell phone teams member heard it and redirected the guest to the exact spot. The customer was glad for the help and commented to me that she (asset protection) just don't pay attention to the guest experience.
I was never asked if I needed help. I visited laptops, Bravia tvs, audio, clothes washer and refrigerators.
I'm grateful for the checkout, as that team member handled my purchase easily and attached a sale of extended warranty. The rest of the store could learn from her. Oh, more in and out of store by team members (four to six?).
Must be lots of fun going in and out of the store. I hope they sell product and help guests, too (you only need one person at checkout).
