Worker came up and asked if I needed help. Told him I just needed to know where the modems were. One didn't know what that was. Two didn't know how to spell it
I have had good experiences here but tonight’s closing was a stinger. I get it, 7:58 and it’s almost time to clock out. I get it. But if your doors still open, you should serve the people coming through. I came quickly to grab a store pickup. The workers told me registers were closed. 7:58. Do better! Honor your time! If you don’t want your store to close then you need to step up your customer service. 🤦🏻♂️

I stopped today to buy a phone and a TV at this store this morning, no one came to me and ask if i need help all the workers they in their own business. Inwentbto different location and I was very happy with the customer service.
