The gentleman who helped me was able to find a replacement mouse for my system. It did cost a little bit more, but I didn't even know that it existed. Excellent customer service!

Customer service is horrible, call center galore. You can’t speak to a manager or supervisor and they instead tell you to go to the store directly to place complaints. The representatives are dead set on not really helping you and LOVE talking in circles or placing blame on you as the customer. Product wise, well never got it. Moved to a new home and was actively trying to update my address and had to reach out through live chat to try and get it done. Still they sent my product to the wrong address. Out of the item and money. Truly the first set of customer service people were amazing and trying to help to ensure successful delivery. The group afterwards…. 👎🏼👎🏼 minus one, my phone started to die and we lost connection. I’ll give him a shoutout for really trying to help, Hasan not sure if you’ll ever get recognition but you were amazing and I’m sorry about my phone dying!

Do not go here for install. I live an hour and a half away and went here because this was the location that could fit me into the schedule. I dropped my car off the evening before and was told with full certainty that it would be done by the end of the day. Upon arrival I saw that nothing had been done and everything was in the trunk in the box still. I was told this was because they did not have an installer on the clock today. This team is not organised and you should take your money elsewhere.
