Just waited 25 minutes first one in the store and still no help. Looks like they only have two people to help in the whole entire store. I think I’m going to find somewhere else to buy my products.

Not impressed by far with this location. Minimal customers yet staff were unavailable, brushed us off saying they were busy yet store only had a handful of ppl, if that. No help whatsoever except the kind gal at pickup. They carry next to nothing for Android & the guys were abrasive & rude. Yuck

Regarding the recent radio installation, I am writing to document my dissatisfaction with the service received. Following the installation, I contacted the call center to report exposed wiring, indicating a substandard installation. Despite my attempts, I was unable to be connected with the store directly. Furthermore, the call center representatives were unable to locate any record of my complaint. I am prepared to adjust my rating upon resolution of this matter, provided the necessary repairs are completed without incurring additional charges exceeding $100.00. The instalation was done the end of March
