I came into the store looking for a specific item, one of the workers did not want to help me because they said they were busy while they were on their phone, the second guy acted like he didn't want to sell me anything saying they were out of stock even though I was looking directly at the items in the store so I left dissatisfied

I was really impressed with my visit today to buy a simple printer. I started looking at the options--I had a very clear idea of what I wanted. As I was looking a staff member asked if she could help. Mentioned what I was looking for and had found so far. She confirmed there was another option from a different manufacturer. I ended up going with the model from a manufacturer I was familiar with and checked out.
I had gotten to the point where I didn't enjoy visiting Best Buy because my experience had been negative. Clearly the company has addressed their previous culture as the visit today was much better--no pressure to buy an extended warrantee and Ava was a great help.
Well done Best Buy!
