Just walked out of this dump. Employees were sitting around talking to each other instead of asking customers if they need help. After waiting a while for assistance in the Apple section, I went & asked an employee for help. Before I finished talking he interrupted me & told me he’d be with me in a little bit then proceeded to walk away.
So I did the same thing & walked right out to my truck. If I’m about to spend $5k+ I’m not going to get talked to like I’m a nuisance. I already knew what I wanted & this would have been the easiest sale of the day.
It’s sad how terrible the customer service is here.

The employee with the giant hairdo in pcs was on his phone and acted like I bothered him when I asked if they had something in stock. It also said you had this item in stock, so do some cycle counts while you're just sitting around.
