Big shout-out to the Best Buy customer service team! They went above and beyond to help resolve a lost shipment issue for my Logitech G502 HERO gaming mouse. The staff was friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to getting the problem sorted out quickly.
You buy a phone INCLUDING a phone line SIM card. The employee who works in the electronics department INTENTIONALLY let you buy a phone that they know is LOCKED and CANNOT be used with the SIM card you’re buying. They know they’ll get some money out if you when you return the phone that they KNOW will NOT work with the SIM card !!!!!! So there you go returning the phone and getting ripped off with their “restocking fee” when they were the ones who knowingly sold you a device that would not work with the SIM card you purchased from them at the same time you buy the phone… THATS HOW THEY scam you…. They know these SIM cards will not work with the LOCKED phones. They know which phones are locked to a carrier or NOT. we don’t know and they do not tell us, they know we’ll come back to refund and they get to keep the money
Employees are always knowledgeable and if they aren't sure they will always double check to make sure you're getting the help you need
