Mushroom Swiss good as usual, need napkins
I walked into this location, had my eyes set on a flat screen tv 65 inch samsung, then saw another TV different model looked for help no one around until a gentleman helped me pointed it out what the two differences was, picked out the more better one, wanted to thank the employee but no name tag.
Went last night to look at laptops. Lots of employees but none actually working. Walked around looking at each one waiting for someone to help then when someone did they had zero knowledge and seemed annoyed then more waiting only to be told the won’t honor other stores deals and I left with nothing. You’d think Best Buy would want customers and to help those customers not just employees flirting with each other and messing around pretending to work there.

Took two trips but Geek squad solved my issues. Needed extra usb ports but with power to drive an external HD.
