The staff have no idea what's going on. Everyone is clueless. Ordered a laptop for pick up and they had no idea how to get the order for me. Kept lying about a phone verification process which isn't mentioned in the email. The staff lack training and motivation, always looking to idle and not do anything

The staff were really helpful and I got what I needed!!
Be careful this place at least part side are credible but in service they don’t know what they are doing they are guided what they thought about your problem could be
The mis diagnosis me and end up paying 5000$
Still have the same problem I bring back truck after I drove for 5 miles they create new invoice and charge me again now same issue with different diagnostic
They are not solid about their diagnostic
Or their software is really power , the service manager is leader of scam
Please avoid them just go some where else
Now I took my truck to local shop and my problem is solved way cheaper
Think 2 times before you approve estimate , they will delete the code and they might be told your truck is fixed
