This is the second TV I've purchased from this Best Buy this week and the screen is completely busted up. The first one was just as bad and I thought that was a fluke. I exchanged it and this is what I received.

I wish I could leave a better review because the store experience was fine and Lance was very helpful with my purchase of a brand new washer and dryer. The delivery and pick up of the old washer and dryer went smoothly and had me thinking that this would be the right store for me to purchase other appliances in the future. Until… The washing machine started squeaking within two weeks of purchase so I reached out to customer service via chat to see what could be done. Was given the option of either a technician to come take a look at it or an even exchange for free. Asked for the technician option and was told there were no appointments available before my return window would expire so I chose an even exchange, which is where the nightmare began. On the day that it was supposed to happen, I confirmed the appointment window three times but not on the phone because there is no way to get through to customer service on the phone. Through the chat they are very Nice but missed several important pieces of information initially but that’s OK… Moving on… The delivery people NEVER showed up. Yes I confirmed three times and we got all prepared and missed an important event because of it and nobody bothered to show up even though when I reached out to customer service three or four times that very day I was assured that it was still supposed to happen. It has been nothing but a nightmare ever since so I asked if I could please just do the technician option and got a phone call just a few minutes ago from customer service letting me know that there are no technicians for Best Buy anywhere near Duluth! I feel duped and lied to and will never purchase a large appliance from the store ever again.
