How do I check product availability at the Eagan Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Eagan Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

sales associate was good for purchasing a computer at this location. however the geek squad failed on their timelines and communication. They couldn’t find my computer at the counter. they didn’t call when it was ready. i had to call multiple times past the date the said it would be ready. their disorganized and i recommend going elsewhere.

Best buy took total advantage of an elderly man. They charged him 120.00 for basic installation and didn't tell him what that meant. They told him sometimes it takes up to an hour to teach how to use the remote. This service only included plugging in the TV. He asked how to get channels and the service man told him .. not my job. He said can you just show me and I'll do it? The service man again said ... Not my job. Only much more rude, and proceeded to leave. Beware of what you are paying for! They are greedy and won't tell you you're paying for literally nothing and will later tell you too bad you got what you paid for. I will never buy anything from these crooks again. Disgusting business practice I set up his TV for him. It took me 5min. I wish I knew he paid I would have told him no way!
