Nobody ever answers the phones, if you ask employees a question they all give you a different answer.
Had an APPOINTMENT, waited almost 2 hours and was told the person wasnt working today. I told them what I was there for when I checked in and they said "no problem." What a joke. Management is garbage
I bought a PS5 on Black Friday, 11/28 and the website offered delivery the next day. When I finished my order, it said it would be delivered Monday, Dec 1st and they were working on the packaging. I got a notification informing the tracking number, the gig on Roadie was created on 11/29 and had a designated driver. I received information saying my driver was arriving for the pickup around 1:20pm on December 1st and at 2:07pm the gig was cancelled.
Last night, 12/01, Best Buy sent me an email informing my order was delayed and would arrive between the 2nd - 5th of December and when I called customer service for a more specific ETA they informed me it would arrive by 12/15, and the product was out of stock. I don’t understand how the product was being picked up and now it’s not available anymore. When the website makes no mention of the product being out of stock. I would like for a more specific time frame and for the product that was initially advertised as a next day delivery to be delivered as soon as possible. I bought this product during Black Friday, with a discount and I bought it from Best Buy because it was the place who would deliver it sooner. That seems like bad advertising.
Very helpful and knowledgeable, always pleasant with customers and don't rush you out the door.
Went in to get a tablet, stuff was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products they have. Left with a tablet best for me.
