This store is part store- part warehouse. Yes, there are the standard items on the floor, but at the front, you can ask the associate for specific items- even ones that aren't always on the store floor, or in any other stores- and they will grab it out of their warehouse. In a few minutes, boom! You have your product. All of the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. That is very important.
I bought a car starter for my daughter before Thanksgiving for Christmas. Realized they sold me the wrong model that doesn't work for her car. Came back into the Eagan store got it straightened out the week before her 12/21 appointment. This took at least an hour to fix. On my way to the appointment to drop her car off I received a call that the tech was sick and they would have to reschedule. I was told I would get a call on Monday 12/23. Never received a call back and have left two messages. Worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Bought pixel tablet, defective, 4 days later tried to exchange it but only had a different color, sale price went up 20$ and "supervisor" at the front would not exchange it. Company turning into trash over 20$ and their 14 day return policy. Need to learn how to keep their customers, if there are any left
