How do I check product availability at the Eagan Best Buy?

Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

When we needed assistance with a laptop my boyfriend went and found someone and they stated they were busy with another customer and would send someone else. No one else ever came and we walked out without buying anything. They had Nintendo switch 1 but no cases or screen protectors. And when I was looking at the VR they didn't have the head strap extended piece that I needed so I didn't buy a gaming system either.

Bought a Mac. The sale went fine. I paid 100.00 to have them transfer data. At first I was told 20 minutes and then told a couple of hours and then was told that it wouldn't be done until tomorrow night. Was a little frustrating.
