Came in to pickup a MacBook today, there was an inventory error between the website and the store, but they got it figured out within a few minutes and were very apologetic for the delay. Exceptional customer service from Dom as well as the store manager, and the employees are quite welcoming and helpful. Will only buy tech from this location going forward.
Bought a new Galaxy 8 smart watch and charging block at the Eagan Best Buy. The tech was very knowledgeable , asked me questions about what I was looking for in a smart watch, and he answered all my questions as well. I also took advantage of Geek Squad's set up help with a next day appointment. Had it home and with the help of a savvy granddaughter, got quite a lot of the set up done. I did still have a few more questions, and did keep my GS appointment. The GS tech was super kind helping me getting my new watch even further along with all its features. The takeaway is the people who greet you, help you make a purchase, and follow up with answers to your questions make Best Buy an easy choice for me! I am very happy with my purchase.
