How do I check product availability at the Eagan Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Eagan Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

2 things to pre warn you about coming to this location. 1. If you're going to buy a phone the best option is to buy it outright and take it to an actual in store location of your provider (verizon/at&t) for them to finish the steps neccesary to get your phone up and running. If you try to buy it and getting it going in store at Best Buy they will upsell any and all products they have then tell you that you can't buy the phone until you open a line. Instead just go to a store employee and buy the phone and take it to your in store provider( as stated above). Understand that the provider inside best buy is either a franchise employee or 3rd party employee somewhat associated with your provider who run mostly off commissions. 2. If you go earlier in the day most times a store employee will be right there at the front willing to help you find what you're looking for, towards the end of the day you'll have more employees out on the floor but you'll rarely have come up and ask if you need help and when speaking to the manager on the floor they'll tell you "I'm trying to run a store here" and push you off onto another employee before disappearing not to be seen again. So best advice come in at the right time or your experience will be less than optimal. Hope this helps.

I shop and use the Geek Squad frequently at the Eagan store. Jarrad has been SO VERY HELPFUL fixing my computer and smart phone issues. He is outstanding. Gregg in Sales is so very knowledgeable and HELPFUL and personable. Both those employees are a GREAT ASSET to your company. Tony and Michelle also did a great job assisting me on my last visit.
