Made an appointment with the geek squad. They were very helpful, explained everything that needed to be done for my laptop, had the part needed for my repair, and completed the task when it was promised.

Gone are the days you can walk in and get what you want. I needed a can of compressed air for some computer cleaning, nope. I needed a paper shredder, nope. The model of printer i wanted, nope. They said they could ship it to me but I wanted to feel it in my hands. Oh, the compressed air could only be shipped to the store so I would have to drive 34 miles to pick it up. The staff was helpful and apologetic and the store was clean but lots of empty shelves. I ended driving 25 more miles and gave my hard earned $345 to a competitor as they had everything in stock. They definitely have fallen off their prominent position they held in the 90s & early 2000s.

I had a 5 star experience with AJ Mitchell who not only took the time to walk me through the options but made sure that I wasn't getting more TV than I needed. Because of his knowledge and expertise I ended up buying a more state of the art TV than I had originally even intended!! He completely understood my needs as a consumer and made the experience a breeze. I could not recommend him more! Unfortunately I was unable to find a way to review him from my transaction so I took to Google!

Their installation bay has a technician named Eric who appears to be lazy and looking for excuses to avoid doing his job. I have had a long-standing issue with my new speakers for the past 5-6 months because every time I went back to them with new information on the failure mode he would blow it off and blame it on the radio or wires. I have not been able to enjoy quality sound yet. It's frequently distorted even at low volumes. Finally, a friend investigated and determined the issue is indeed inside the speaker as I suspected. The technician who appears to be the leader is sharp and motivated and immediately set me up with an appointment to make it right without question. I really don't want this review to reflect poorly on the other technician(s) so I wanted to clarify that. It's just disappointing that they would hire somebody who causes issues for customers.
