How do I check product availability at the Eagan Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

I had a disappointing experience at the Eagan Best Buy. Customer service was inconsistent and seemed to depend on the employees' mood that day.
When I sought help for a damaged item covered by Total Tech Coverage, I learned it was not covered even thought I literally had the exact same item covered earlier in the year for the same issue. The Best Buy total Tech covered seems to depend on the employees mood that day if they decide they want to cover it or not.

I purchased a TV online for it to be shipped. The order was passes on to this location to fill. They sat on the order and did nothing for over 27 hours and 9 phone calls to Best Buy to finally get a US based English speaking person. Best Buy said my order would be delivered yesterday yet this store didn't even print the label until 630pm last night. Best Buy if your store associates are unable to do the job you commit to you should find new employees.
