I am unbelievably disappointed at this location. I get home after buying a new $700 TV and I turn it on and this is what I see! Best Buy better make this right because this is absolutely ridiculous

I needed to get an Apple Pencil for my job as an emergency. I had the cellphone worker come up to me and try to get me some help by these 20 something year old boys who were jabbing and joking around with each other and told her in a rude way “ya just a second” they continued to stand and laugh and talk casually then walk to the back slowly on a stroll passing me. Then I watched them in the back goofing off doing literally nothing. I stood there waiting for them for 20 min and found another gentleman named Grant (I think) and he could tell I was upset and he was very kind and jumped to help me immediately. All I needed was for someone to open the locked cabinet to grab what I needed. I continued to watch these boys stand around with each other goofing off and chit chatting. Everyone else was very kind but those two boys couldn’t care less if they work or not. The man at the front (Grant) saved the day!

Waited in line with my girlfriend for two hours for Pokemon. They only allowed one of us to purchase product so now we have to share the boxes rather than be able to open our own. Complete bull shit from Best Buy, trash company.
