We visited after doing a lot of research on the appliance we wanted. The employee who helped us was super friendly and helpful. He got us exactly what we needed quickly and helped us load it into our vehicle. Wonderful service, wonderful store. Would highly recommend for your appliance needs!

I had the worst experience and still am. I purchased a phone through this store and wasn’t made aware that the phone was to be picked up off site until completion of the purchase. The sales associate proceeded to scroll through the agreements and rush me into accepting the terms. When picking up my phone the next day because the other store was closed that wrong phone was ordered and the trade in promotion wasn’t submitted. I have spent hours over 3 days trying to resolve this issue with no resolution. I will not be buying through Best Buy again.
