Not too much staff here ask for help
Kal Heckert, Consultation Agent with the Geek Squad did a nice job working with me today. He installed my new software, checked on my available memory, and advised me on Best Buy protection plans.
Right I had to go there twice The second time I showed up at the install done They are very cordial and we got it done in a timely manner however two times I turn the unit on to adjust anything basically they were rushing us in and out and I couldn't even pay for extras they have no time so that tells me they're too busy and people are using probably 70% of the time if not more because it's affordable but don't ever ask for any additional installs without expecting him to come back further further down the road just because of how is your volume of the places it's just crazy they are confident there's just like everybody else 8 to 10 hours a day is enough I understand so on a scale of 10 I'm going to give them a 10 out of 10 again.
Poor managerial experience and needs additional training.
