I purchased AirPods Max at Best Buy, and the package was marked as delivered by FedEx on November 28, 2025, but was never received.
FedEx did not provide a Picture Proof of Delivery, only a text-based PDF.
I strongly suspect the package was stolen by the carrier.
I have contacted Best Buy customer service many times. The first agent filed a replacement request for me but it has been rejected. The following agents and supervisor just said that their internal team has reviewed this with FedEx, and because FedEx confirms delivery (no picture proof!!!), they were unable to process a refund.
I paid for a product I never received! I gave Best Buy money, but they didn’t give me the product! Best Buy refused to solve their customer’s problem, refused to take their responsibility. They should issue a refund to me and ask for compensation or solutions from the carrier they collaborated with.
Ordered a new HP printer for pickup. This store doesn’t have any signage (that I saw) for Order Pickup, but I was quickly helped by a customer service person. In/out in minutes.
There wasn't much variety of product models, as in drones I was looking for the neo drone but they didn't have it, black Friday in this store is not worth it, since there were no great offers either just some outstanding discounts on TV screens and products with low demand.
