Horrible customer service. We bought a tv and it was to be delivered. Best Buy failed to deliver it two times. We had to wait 4 hours each time and they said the crew was too busy the first time and sick the second time.

My husband and I stopped in on the last day of the Labor Day sale and Raul helped us out. We had a lot of questions, two very energetic little kiddos, and Raul was so patient and so helpful helping us compare order options to get the best deal. Highly recommend! Thank you!
