I recently purchased an iPhone and was shocked by how I was treated. Manager at this location used discrimination tactics by making me pay for an item before grabbing from the shelves. Later on i was told this is a practice used because due to high theft.

Excellent customer service and very prompt
Needed a special power cord and BBY had it in stock. Good price too.
I came in Friday around 11am and was greeted so warmly at the door, and then in the mobile accessory section an employee went above and beyond to help me. I wish I got their names but I wanted to thank both of the employees so much, it was a great shopping experience and I was able to find what I needed!
