Auto Tech review: Thank you to all 3 employees IN THE STORE who helped me this week. If I was judging the help I received with your non store employees over the phone the score would be 2 stars. My Compustar remote broke(2017 purchase) and once I finally got to the auto tech at the EP store they knew the newer 2-way remotes they sell in the store are compatible with my current unit, they have them in stock and could program it this week. I went in that same day and they were sold out of the remotes by then so she ordered me a new one to be shipped to me the next day and scheduled an install for the day after delivery. It all went smoothly with the programming of the remote and I was driving out happy in less than 30 minutes. I have used this auto install location in the past for a repair and they know their stuff and I will happily return if needed. Don't call corporate/store number for your auto needs as they don't know their stuff and will transfer you around until you finally get to the store if you are lucky, go to the store and talk to someone. Sorry I didn't get the names of the woman and two men that helped me in the bay, no name on receipt but they were fantastic!

Another best buy, another out of stock item. I bought this item on the best buy app. This and another item stated I could pick them up in one hour. I got an email within that hour stating part of my order was picked. I waited another hour and picked up the first part only to find out they didn't even have the other part I ordered and paid for. I was told it would be here maybe in a week. This is another store with in stock issues.
