Won’t accept a return on a tv wall mount because “it’s past the two week return window.” Not accepting returns after two weeks because they want you to buy a subscription to Best Buy is insane. I’ll never shop here again.

Not what it used to be, in the past two years I've spent agood amount of money on Samsung at Best Buy. I've been ghosted 3 times by their install team (I canceled, did not renew my membership of $200 a year.) Not worth it, now we're dealing with a system they sold my kid, has blown 3 times, and her Air Conditioner stopped working. Everything worked when she brought her car in first for a Viper alarm/ remote start followed by a system. And no she doesn't blast her music. Not impressed with the declining concern for their customers. We've spent ALOT of money at Best Buy over the years.
