A Geek Squad employee took my information, found out where I worked, and continued to harass me by making false accusations. He has even gone to the length of writing a false review.
Your employee, Konner Mootz has now doubled down and is making false accusations. I have contacted my attorney about this matter.

Employees at the front of the store: awesome. Employees in appliances: the worst. Refused to acknowledge me. Sought out people to help who were browsing long after I’d arrived. I have an uncomfortable theory. Avoided eye contact or engaging. I loudly announced I was going to order online because no one would help me. Crickets. I should have avoided ordering anything but I was exhausted and out of time. I’m a repeat appliance package customer across many homes. Never again.
