Unsure how there's hardly any employees and when there are employees, I can't even get assistance because I'll be waiting for 30 mins for them to help the other customer. I was looking for headphones for my PC and didn't know they were in a different area until I drove to another location. Add some help buttons or something.

Store employees are fantastic. Customer service over the phone is horrendous, garuntee you won't even speak to a person at the store and be transferred a few times to someone else. Bought an item in store to he shipped to me because it's out of stock. Delivery dat comes and nothing shows up so I call and get passed around for a couple hours just to find out my order doesn't exist but they got my money anyways. Absurd.
