Warren the goat super easy to work with
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the Best Buy in Eden Prairie. To be honest, it is one of the worst electronics stores I have ever visited, and I believe the level of service provided warrants a zero-star rating.
Specifically, the customer service I received from the Geek Squad was incredibly rude. Furthermore, the staff appeared to have no knowledge of the products or services they are meant to support. The lack of professionalism and expertise reminded me of the decline of retailers like RadioShack.
Because of this experience, I have decided that I will never shop at another Best Buy location again. I believe the management needs to address these systemic issues immediately.

Jim in car audio was great and helpful and knowledgeable about sub woofers and installation. Helped me order and made installation appointment as soon as possible I will continue to buy all my car audio needs from Best buy and hope it's bill to help me thanks bill 👍🏽 😊
