I've been the only car sitting in the curbside pickup spots for 20 minutes at 1pm after checking in. No one has come out. And I can't get ahold of anyway. Awful customer service.
Warren was the epitome of customer service! I needed a USB-C wall charger. Forgot mine in California. He gave me a product recommendation (30w) and explained why it was better than a 20w (charges faster). I appreciated that tidbit, so I decided to buy a new cell phone case. Mine was “crumbling” and made by a major company. He recommended a case by a company I am well familiar with, and made the sale. Warren even gave reasons why certain color cases were better/worse than others. I very much appreciated Warren’s knowledge and willingness, and mostly his taking the time to give exceptional customer service. Thank you!!
Yaser helped me purchase a laptop yesterday and he was great! He helped me with all of my abundance of questions, helped me pick one that they didn’t have in the actual store according to my wants and needs, helped me get it ordered, and made sure that it would be delivered within two days before I leave town for a month! Warren was helping looking at laptops for college and told me that the computer I was looking to buy was a piece of junk and that my budget was not high enough and tried to sell me a computer 200 over the budget I had told him. Overall not a good experience and didn’t not make a purchase from him today.
