Best Buy Eden Prairie Outlet

Today I went to the Best Buy outlet in Eden Prairie, and it reminded me why I still choose to buy from Best Buy instead of Amazon. Aiden, the customer rep, provided excellent service, strong product knowledge, and recommended a product that met all the criteria I was looking for. This level of customer service is what sets Best Buy apart from its competitors and keeps me coming back! Well done, Aiden!!

Stay far away from here, especially if buying a dishwasher. I bought a GE Cafè dishwasher during Black Friday week for 45% off. I was told nothing was wrong with the item and that it worked upon checkout. To be safe, I took a picture of the tag and no damage was documented on the sale tag. The dishwasher was installed a week later and had missing parts, including a missing drain pipe, along with damage that happened in transit. Best Buy put a new sale tag over the previous sale tag disclosing the new damage that happened in transit without informing me and after, I already paid for the item. So very sketchy. Due to missing parts, the installers couldn’t continue with the installation and advised me to reach out to customer service. The next day, they had a technician come and they advised me the dishwasher was trashed after running a cycle and allowing the dishwasher to flood my brand new hardwood floors. The technicians weren’t able to haul away the leaking dishwasher as they informed me, “it’s not their job.” From there, I had to reach out to customer service yet again. Customer service was awful and my resolution was a $200 credit towards a new GE Cafè dishwasher after I spent $1,150 already. Absolutely unacceptable. Never recommending this outlet to any friend or family members.

Don't expect good available service.

Great experience. My Teenage boys' laptops at this outlet was deff worth it!
