Best Buy Eden Prairie Outlet

I received outstanding service from Aiden! He restored my faith in Best Buy. I had purchased an open box stackable washer and dryer a few weeks prior but it didn’t work. I had it serviced a few times but it still didn’t work properly. I was at my wits’ end and went back to the outlet center to discuss my options. Aiden listened to my frustrations and immediately put me at ease. He helped solve my problem and I couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you Aiden!!

Jody was fantastic in assisting me buy a dishwasher. I had all my kids with me and she was patient and helpful. She explained all the warranty options they had so I left feeling I had made a great decision with my money. They have a great selection of products here. We had no issue self installing the dishwasher and it works great!

Pretty good prices appliances that may have dings/dents. Ours did not. We love our LG frig. Also purchased a was machine a few years ago and was quite pleased.
