If I could give 0 stars I would guy told me he would go check to see if he has a charger for the laptop I was looking at and took him over an hour never showed back up and ended up nothing having the laptop or the charger I was looking at total waste of time and then when looking at another wouldnt even budge on the price at all absolute worst customer service experience ive ever had UPDATE the bestbuy down the street felt so bad about how poorly the customer service was at the outlet store they matched the pricing of what it was priced at the outlet store but brand new 50% off absolutely horrible manager and horrible customer service at the outlet

I hate to do this but this place has the worst customer service ever. Gentleman came to ask what he can help with and I asked him a question, he turned around and went to help another customer. It’s a jungle. Not worth it anyway.

I needed a replacement monitor and this lovely young woman went above and beyond to locate missing cords (I'm sorry I forgot her name, but she had cool hair and a real smile).
Ultimately we found an identical monitor in the box, which she also made sure was complete. I got a fair price, but more importantly, I felt cared for, especially in the sense that she helped me get what I wanted, not what she wanted to sell.
