I had a very upsetting experience at this Best Buy outlet. The manager was unprofessional and the customer service was extremely poor. Eden Prairie deserves better management and service than what I received here.

Incredible deals on new, open box, returns, refurbished and scratch and dent appliances in near new condition. Discounts range from 25% to 50% to the discount I received of 70% off the Whirlpool refrigerator that had been previously returned and it had a small dent unnoticeable by anyone other than a micro inspector. A mega deal and a huge win for our budget, well worth the fraction of the full price we didn't have to pay. Go check it out once and you'll be a big fan too!

Lots of washers & dryers. Most everything looked tobe in good shape..probably discontinued models
