The deliver service completely fell apart, waited a week and then they text saying that they couldn't deliver the washer because they damaged it in transit. We had to go back to the store to get things figured out. Alex and Jack were great and helped make everything work out for us. Just don't use the delivery service if you can help it.

Chose a washer and scheduled to have it delivered. On the day of delivery, we were informed that “something went wrong” and they would call us in 1-2 days to reschedule. I call directly and find out that the washer was broken when loading it into the truck and my only “guarantee” that this wouldn’t happen again would be to transport the washer home myself. What a joke.
