I had a very positive experience today picking up a TV I ordered online. Emma was great and helped me ensure the tv had all the components and inspected everything to make sure it worked appropriately. She even helped me pick out a new sound bar for the tv and helped fit everything in my car. Great service!

I was scammed. My 2024 Sony TV was swapped out for an 2019 Sony TV and no one is willing to help. Store told to call corporate, corporate told to call store. Insanely frustrating experience and I’m out $500 because no one cared to help.
