The assistant sales manager was on the floor but unable to help because “he wasn’t supposed to be there” when I asked for assistance on a giant TV. Emma on the other hand, was very helpful and knowledgable. She didn’t hesitate to show me open box items. We also looked at washers and dryers, they were about $200 less and used compared to the exact same washer and dryer I had just seen at Home Depot. We went with the brand new ones at Home Depot but great prices on the TVs, yes.
