Awesome experience at the Outlet today !! I found the washer/dryer I was looking for and saved $900 on the purchase.

Little hard to find but great customer service. In the rain a girl carried my tv out.

Worked with a salesperson to select a washing machine model. In the time it took to walk from the floor to the cash register, someone bought that exact unit online. Salesperson couldn't do anything about it and there were no other units of that model. I get that it's hard to sell a single item both online and in the store, but it was a frustrating giant waste of time. I guess maybe buy online or don't bother.
