The outlet has a lot of great deals on appliances. We found a really good deal on a refrigerator that was half the price of a new one. There are a lot of scratch and dent stuff as well as open box items, with some appearing to have been used as some of the ovens were quite dirty. The refrigerator we bought had some light scratches, but was otherwise new. We did ask about the warranty and were told the refrigerator is guaranteed for a year. One thing which was annoying was we were charged $100 for delivery. When we were looking at the same refrigerator online later that day, the delivery charge was $39.99 on the website. I called Best Buy and they couldn't refund the difference, but agreed to send us a gift card for the overcharge. Overall it was a good experience, but I did have to spend over 40 minutes on the phone to correct the delivery charge. The staff was pretty good, but they should have known the correct price for delivery.

I needed a refrigerator and sounds i went and got a great deal on one here and even put the 5 year warranty on it and still only paid about 1/3 the retail price and this one is brand new and see nothing wrong with it. I will go here again

Great deals on open box merchandise! Purchased a Bose sound bar and was like new for $200 off the regular price. The employee on duty was helpful.
