This place is a joke. I opened a credit card in store last week so I could buy an open box Samsung Frame TV. I took the TV home and it didn't work, so customer service advised me to bring it in and exchange it. Well, the store will not exchange it without charging me $100 more because the TV is no longer the same price. What could I have done differently here?

Needed a 32" tv they quickly showed me where to look and educated me on some tech info but I had no luck getting a simple question answered,, how do I find a price if it's not on the box I wasted a while and left with nothing.
