Good place if you are looking to carry the appliance and install yourself, with delivery and installation payment better to go with new appliances.

Poor customer service. An employee exhibited frustrations when my fridge was not taken for safety reasons. I contacted Best Buy through their website and was told that I picked the fridge and they were unable to schedule it for delivery because I "already picked it up." I was told to call the store tomorrow to see if they have the fridge! Customer service was poor. Shop ANY WHERE ELSE!
