I ordered a TV from Best Buy. When it was delivered, the box had clearly been hit by a forklift, and the TV was broken. The delivery driver was just a delivery and gift person. He did not ask me to sign at first. I pointed out that the box was damaged and told him I would not sign for it. He then asked me to sign anyway, but I refused. He left the damaged TV in my basement.
When I opened the box, the TV was indeed broken. I contacted Best Buy and eventually received a refund. They sent someone to pick up the TV, but they did not do a thorough job. They took only the TV itself and left everything else behind: the box, packaging, and protective foam, all scattered on the floor. They refused to take their own boxes, leaving me to clean up and hire someone to dispose of the waste.
This is not acceptable. As a business, they are responsible for taking back the packaging when they pick up a return. Please have someone with authority contact me so I can explain what happened in full detail. Thank you.

I had a very positive experience today picking up a TV I ordered online. Emma was great and helped me ensure the tv had all the components and inspected everything to make sure it worked appropriately. She even helped me pick out a new sound bar for the tv and helped fit everything in my car. Great service!
