Best service I've ever had at a best buy
Went to get a indoor camera for our house and the kid that helped us was no help said the one we bought was perfect and got it home and it wasn't what we wanted and explained to him what we needed he was to busy on his phone to pay attention, so we returned it and found out by a manager that they don't even sell what we were looking for.
Only 1 Hisense TV was on display. Staff explained display spots had to be paid for. Understandable. But picture of the only 1 on display was blur comparing to other brands, particularly a TCL next to it. Asked the staff why such a big difference for products within the same price bracket? He recommended me to buy a Samsung. Went to Walmart picture of Hisense was as good as other brands' within the same price bracket. The trick was that manufacturers not only had to pay display spots but also the contents, and if you didn't BB would play very low quality promo content on your TV. Was that ethical? Was a retailor supposed to provide basic services showing products as what they were truly to consumers? If I were Hisense, I would stop BB selling my TVs immediately.
I found them to be helpful.
Had two different people from departments they didn't work in come ask if I needed help. Would go back.
