Geek squad: Contacted Geek squad (keep in mind I'm a total tech member and do regular maint/updates) because a website wasn't working..they took remote access, which is common, but this time the completely broke my computer. Because of this I have to take off work to bring my computer to a location and leave it there for 3 days. They broke it and now I must waste my time to get it fixed. Then they claim it's fixed but it is running slow....now apparently I may need a hard drive.... I've been a loyal total tech user for year, but I have lost my faith in this offering. Not likely to renew next year....frustrated!!!
