Best Buy Minnetonka

I had an order to pickup and decided to wander around. There were more employees than customers it felt like, many of them asked if I needed any help. Some of the aisles felt a little empty, but would highly recommend if you’re shopping for electronics of any kind—headphones, games, computers and more.

We had a issue with a new microwave we got just a few months ago so I bought it up to the store and I am on the road heading back home with a replacement in 5 mins ..that is no joke it took longer to walk in the store from the parking spot than the process took for them to swap out an ew one..these guys are top notch the geek squad can't be beat . That is the kind of service that a person hoped for in this kind of situation. I always have loved best buy and prefer the old school in store shopping experience over online shopping any day . 10 stars best buy , geek squad ! You have never let us down thanks !

The staff here is always so helpful and I've bought multiple items through this store over the years. Recently, I placed an order for a Macbook to be delivered, and when the delivery driver handed it to me, I noticed the box had been opened and the laptop had been stolen from the box (yikes!). I immediately drove over to this store in a panic to explain what happened and how I can get my money back while also getting a laptop that I desperately needed, and they were more than helpful in getting me in touch with their customer service to help solve this nightmare. The staff truly makes the store what it is - a very organized and helpful experience.
