Really awful store. I placed an order for pickup and it said it would be ready in an hour and it was in stock. I came a few hours later after getting no notification about my order, and they said that it would be ready the next day. I came in the next day and they said it was out of stock but would be there the next day as it was getting delivered on a truck that evening. Came in today and it’s not here, and also apparently getting delivered on Tuesday.
Every time I came in, the customer service was terrible. I apologized repeatedly and they just made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I work in customer service and I get that it can get annoying, so I really didn’t want to bother them. I just wish they would notify me about the status of my order without me having to come in and ask.
The order was a gift for somebody, but will now be in a few days later than their birthday. That’s not too big of a deal to me though. I just wish there was better communication.
