Worst Service Ever - From BestBuy to WorstBuy
I ordered a combo oven from Best Buy three weeks ago, selecting a model that was listed as in stock and ready for delivery in two weeks. I placed the order confidently, with a set delivery date confirmed by the sales rep. Fast forward to the delivery date—no one shows up, and I hear nothing from Best Buy.
After reaching out to customer service, I was told, "Oh, we forgot to set up your order for delivery." I was left speechless. You had a confirmed order and delivery date, and somehow, it was overlooked? They admitted it was their systems' fault but offered no solution for the massive inconvenience.
On top of it all, I’m in their home city—how are they managing orders from other cities if this is how they handle things locally? The entire experience turned what should have been a simple purchase into a frustrating nightmare. Best Buy clearly doesn’t care about their customers and going forward Warner Stallion would be my first choice.
Buyer beware—this is WorstBuy, not BestBuy.
