Stay far away from BEST BUY. There's zero accountability for delivery purchases including paying for extra same day delivery. While someone who repeats "I understand" at nauseam from their 'home office' who barely speaks English will repeat their subcontractors words "that's how we do business" won't even apologize for their subcontracted shippers. Waited 9 hours and counting....but I have to work for a living and no one will give straight answers or do their jobs. I pay...they play. I won't give them another chance. They owe me more than an apology.

On Saturday, February 15th, we went to Best Buy to check out the newest Samsung Galaxy S25 phone.
Ben explained and showed us everything in great detail and was very friendly.

Best buy is thr worst greediness businesses. In ability to budget on struck return policies wven when its clear a new product is not working . Don't waste your time with greedy corporations. After the third time getting screwed over with return policy. I will never be back and canceling my card.
