Great customer service, but they downsized the car audio section and Geek Squad was booked out for a week (to do an Amplifier wiring set up) while the store was almost empty (maybe several customer's cars in the lot) and staff were just hanging out and joking. The guys that scheduled my appointment were cool and knowledgeable, though. Overall, an okay experience.

TERRRIBLE! I purchased a Viper remote car starter kit and it was delivered to the wrong address. I have called customer service twice and waited over 20 min while were "working on my refund" only for the line to be disconnected.
