Best Buy Minnetonka

I went in yesterday to buy an appliance. I looked around for an associate to help me with the purchase. Eventually I went to the customer service desk, who said someone would help me shortly. I went back to the appliance area and waited another fifteen minutes. That entire half of the store was completely empty of employees. Just me standing out in the open, waiting for someone to take my money. I finally went to the front of the store and found an associate, who told me only one person in the store could help me with appliances. He pointed at a guy standing outside in front of the store. Just standing there, doing nothing. As far as I know that person was never made aware that there was a customer waiting to buy an appliance. Evidently if the one employee who can handle appliances is unavailable, then you're simply out of luck when it comes to purchasing one. I left the store and will make my appliance purchases elsewhere.

Had an awesome experience here working with Nicholas Pagliaro- thank you for your outstanding service. I will only shop at the Minnetonka Store as a result of his great work!!
