Bought a refurbished phone the day my phone broke, went to get it the next day, and brought it home only to find out it hadn't been wiped. Called the store only to get an AI assistant, got a real person who represents the store, but can't connect me to the location. Got a second department who told me to go back. I went back. They told me they actually can't solve the problem, and I should just return it.

Horrible associate at pickup desk. Purchased phones from another best buy said it wouldn't be an issue. Had wonderful customer service at primary location. Now it is. There is no reason to be asking me why I need so many phones. It was explained at the primary purchasing store. Call to speak with store manager at problem location. Dumped into an AI circle and then a call center in india. Refused access to speak with a manger to address the uncouth associate. Call center then accused me of being a reseller. Turned my awesome customer service from primary store into a negative purchasing experience with entire company. Not the Best Buy of Old. :-(
