Bought refurbished ear buds and they were stolen and they were like oh our bad here have your money. Like no let's get you another pair or anything just take your money and go
If you’re a pokemon collector dont go here this store is NOTORIOUS for backdooring pokemon and ive seen it first hand employees talking about it, even the manager collects pokemon and was upset when i told him i managed to get pokemon from their store through online orders at midnight. Not my opinion just a known situation for months now.
The geek squad was wonderful

I go in there a while back. I went looking for a helmet I could use. No one acknowledged my presence, well they did because they stared and walked past multiple times. No “hi,” no “welcome,” no “do you need assistance.” I finally ask “hey, do you know where I could find helmets?” A guy finally interacts with me, I go to pay, I say a greeting to the cashier… He doesn’t respond.
Flash forward to today (5/12/25), my brother and I walk in. Same thing. Until my brother goes and says “excuse me, do you know where we can find a mobile hotpsot .” Anyway, he warms up to us and before we leave he says “Let me know if you want to sign up for Verizon!” We laugh and move on.
Now, aside from him… the energy was weird, everyone (besides the young man who helped us) made us feel out of place and like we didn’t belong. So 2 stars because of that man today and the one man who helped me -because I had to ask. It doesn’t matter who comes into your store, customer service professionalism is still greeting ALL potential customers. I don’t ever want to hear the words Best Buy ever again tbh. If I need something, I’ll give my money to those with genuine kindness. I pray that this town would get back to its humble and kinder ways. It seems lost.
God bless on all future endeavors. Thank you.
