I bought a monitor that I recieved broken. They told me there's nothing they can do but give me a refund. The only thing is I have to drive 2 hours to bring it back, but I didn't recieve a refund until a week later. Waste of my time and gas. Now my christmas present is ruined for my child bc I wasted so much time waiting and going back and forth with awful customer service who asked if I wanted to keep a monitor with the screen falling off???? Why would I want to keep something i can't use but had to pay full price for. So annoying this is the second and last item I will do this with. Best buy is not a good deal unless u love wasting time and driving around.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had in a best buy. I asked for clarification about price tag confusion. The clerk (who I had to go find) tried to help find an answer. He called over a manager who basically said "said that is not the same UPC and he doesn't know the difference between the two products and walked away. Then when asking for help about tablets, another rep was very short with me and when I asked if they had a different product, he said "we don't have that" and walked away. I guess spending time helping customers isn't a thing at this best buy. It's ok though, I went online and got the products in the parking lot from somewhere else. That's a couple hundred bucks of revenue this store lost...and I'm still going home with what I wanted
