Friendly and helpful staff
Right now I am very upset. Been on the phone with Geek Squad(not in Mankato where I need to be) most of the morning. They did what they could but I need to talk to someone at Mankato and the automated phone will not let me talk to a real person in Mankato. They did not download all my things from my old laptop to the new one and Geek couldn't find it. Spent way too much time to talk to a real person at Mankato and can't seem to get past the automated phone. Keep sending me to somewhere and it's not Mankato. Right now real close to returning new lap top. Any ideas on how to get to talk to someone in Mankato.
Dont buy appliances if you plan on getting a protection plan. Washer is not even 4 months old....geek squad is supposed to fix it... tgey outsourced it to another repair service... most awful experience..cant call the store...get some center out of country...they were very nice...but i scheduled an appt....local company...for 2 days later...he said no way he could do it when i called to see about time...which good luck trying to get the name..that was very difficul ,explained i want to know who is coming...dont want some guy in my yard i have no ides who he is....and was rude/ dificult...so he had no time until following monday...next week...was scheduled for wednesday before. .called again..asked for another..sure we will find someone else... asked if i wanted wed/thurs/fri...all open ..dang if it wasnt same guy!!! Told them he cant come then....oh yes he has to if he has opening on their end. What a joke...there is noone else i guess. Next time i will go to a locally owned business...will cost more...but the many hours i spent on this...the frustration ...it will be worth it. Msnkato people are great to work with.. but deal with this
This is one of the worst Best Buys I have ever shopped. They do not help you beyond a front door hello. No leadership or management presence on the floor so you left to your own devices. I get no hassle approaches to sales, yet the three times I've been to the store I knew the broad product category I wanted to explore yet received no help for deep dives. The first was a television, the second was a cabinet for records, and the third was for an IT accessory - I had to track down a SA who otherwise was running from me. And I shop at Best Buy a lot and this store is not friendly or focuses on customers (at least not me).
