Terrible customer experience, 15 days return is absolutely ridiculous. That includes shipping time as well and it was a gift. So we didn’t realize it was wrong till 21 days and now I am stuck with $300 of worthless products to me. Bought on app and didn’t realize it was not BestBuy I was buying from, so they wouldn’t even help me at the store. Regardless of who is technically selling the product in your App, BestBuy is the face of it and it’s your reputation taking the hit. Been a long time supporter of BestBuy, but those days are gone!
