My husband and I went to Best Buy today we needed help canceling an apple care subscription. We had Joey as sales staff. Joey was amazing and to listened to us, helped us and called upon Brent, who came within seconds to help as well. The issue we came in with was taken care of and we felt listened to respected and problem solved. They were the best. Thank you guys. Job well done. We'll be back.
If you're going to buy something from this Best Buy, ask for Brandt. Wow. Extremely knowledgeable about multiple products. I would give him 10 Stars if I could.
Customer service was great. didn't have the surround sound in stock I wanted and was a little expensive overall!
