The manager that helped me was very disrespectful and he was talking over his earpiece while I was trying to pick up my order. There should be a separate line for online pick up, not checkout. He was also tapping on my hard drive and not placing it gently on the counter, which he should have. I have better luck with other locations.

⚠️ $13,000 System Does Not Work—Avoid Best Buy Installation and SupportWe spent $13,000 on a home theater system based on explicit promises about its capabilities, but Best Buy has completely failed to deliver a working system or acceptable customer service.The Issues:False Promises: We were assured the system would work exactly how we wanted, but tech support eventually admitted our products cannot even perform those functions.Worse After Every Visit: It started with audio delay issues between zones. After the third technician visit, they broke the system further, completely losing one of our audio zones.Unresolved Problems: Technicians have come out multiple times and are entirely unable to fix the setup properly.The Service:We have tried contacting the original salesperson, store management, and corporate higher management.Every single attempt to reach someone who will take accountability has been ignored.We are incredibly disappointed with both the product limitations and the terrible service. Do not trust them with high-end custom installations.
