I just drove an hour and a half after I purchased a Legion go from this location online and when I got there they told me there wasn’t actually any in stock and then proceeded to instantly refund my order without asking me if I wanted credit causing me to leave empty handed. Extremely dissatisfied with my visit today. What a shit show, now I have to wait a whole week for the refund to come back to my account for something that should’ve only taken an hour of my time. Asinine

Geek squad has been absolutely horrible experience, last two guys refused to help me give a status update on where my ipad replacement is, they stood there refused to give me any information. When I dropped my iPad off I didn’t even get any paperwork, And when I went in after 5 days they again refused to give me any information on where my iPad is, and just repeated the same sentence without refusing to look. Horrible service and will be calling corporate to make a complaint.
