Went in looking to buy a TV on a Sat morning. Not many customers in the store Bunch of guys in Best Buy shirts with sitting around on their phones talking to each other back in the Home Theater dept. Made eye contact with them like I was looking for something- they promptly looked away and went back to laughing and not providing help. I won't ever return to this location which is too bad because I shopped a lot at this store when it opened decades ago.
Make sure your inclusion efforts apply to customers, too.
Response: I do not use social media. You have my email, my phone number, my address, etc. Now you want more of my information? So you can sell it? Extremely unprofessional for Best Buy to be using that method of communication for something like this. Dropping to 1*

It’s a standard Best Buy, but the checkout sucks. Apparently they only can hire one cashier at this store. Plus the cashier has no motivation to go fast because he’s the only one trained for the job.
Just window shopping for laptops. A lot of choices.
I would give the Geek Squad 0 stars if it were an option. I took my phone to their “apple certified” repair center and walked away with more damage to my phone than when I dropped it off. After inspecting the phone and pointing out the damage, they offered to give me 1/2 off the cost of the repair which was $15. To note this is a brand new $1000 phone. I was so insulted I thought they were joking. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were busy and it might be a while. I asked if they were in house to speak to in person and show them the damage, and was told they were. That was lie number 1. After waiting 10 minutes, a young man returned stating the manger left at 5 (must be nice), and had a very busy day tomorrow, but would give me a call. They then demanded that I sign a form stating I am satisfied with the repair and accept the phone as is before I take it home with me. Again, I thought they were joking because I paid for the repair up front and I own the phone, it is my property.
At that point, I was getting no where so told them I was leaving, but please have the manager call me. As I was walking out they yelled that I couldn’t take my phone with me without signing the form. They then proceeded to yell and threaten that this was “all on camera”. Not sure how they think they can stop a customer from taking their own property with them and also think that I am gong to sign a form that I could not agree less with. Not only is it incredibly disappointing to have my phone repaired only to have it damaged more, the entire interaction and lack of onsite management was a complete joke. Shame on me for not using my better judgment and just taking it to the Apple Store. I booked the appointment through Apple’s website site as this location is listed to have a certified Apple technician. Unfortunately this experience is far from what I would have expected from a place that claims to be “Apple Certified”. Please, whatever you do, do not take your phone or any electronic here for repair!!!
