Best Buy Maple Grove

I had a very disappointing experience when I came here. We waited for more than 15 minutes, and not a single employee came over to ask if we needed help. When I finally approached a woman who worked there, she simply told us to keep waiting. Meanwhile, several other employees saw us standing there but completely ignored us and walked away. This was very unprofessional and showed a complete lack of customer service. I was extremely disappointed with how we were treated.

Best Buy has gone sooooo downhill. If you are just picking up an item you ordered and they have in stock and have confirmed pick up you’re probably fine. But do not expect any sort of customer service or someone to talk to you about product, or even find the product that is supposedly in stock unless you order for pick up. Place was a ghost town, the few people we found that we asked for help said it wasn’t their area and ignored us. I went to the check out and got a cashier to call for backup. But that was short lived. I felt so bad for the associate who ended up helping us, he really kept his cool despite all the challenges he faced. He couldn’t get the locks open on the storage shelves and anyone he asked, didn’t have their key cards to be able to open the cabinets. Eventually he had to go back into the warehouse and was able to find the item we wanted. Best of luck to anyone shopping here. May the odds be ever in your favor. 🎉

Got there a little early and waited around for them to open just to find out what I was looking for is one of the many items they only sell online now, tried to order it online, had to make an account kept telling me a part of my info was wrong but wouldn't tell me what, tried correcting everything I put down and still wouldn't work, gave up and found the same chair for $40 cheaper elsewhere, bestbuy is shit these days
