I went in with my parents today, who had lots of questions. An extremely helpful man named Braylen spent time knowledgeably answering all of our questions, even though it wasn't a very big sale. I was really impressed with his kindness. It's a good place to go to get good in-store service.
It's always a pleasure to go to Best Buy because the people are so friendly and knowledgeable.
This store is a complete disorganized mess. I was looking for a home theater receiver and half of the price tags weren’t accurate and most of the shelves were empty. I also was interested in a wide monitor for my PC and a bunch of the displays didn’t have power or were in terrible shape.
