Best Buy Maple Grove is the best in the country. As a huge life long customer from West Texas to Colorado to Minnesota Maple Grove location has this incredible family feeling. Just as a long time employee leaves a new friendly one starts where they left off. Rick in security is the face of the store, greeting everyone upon entering and thanking and offering help to all that leave. Get to know him and he’s just a great person who makes shopping experience memorable. Today though wanted to call out Simeone who represents Samsung products at Best Buy. I returned a tv I bought 5 days ago as it just didn’t deliver the wow factor. My fault as it was on the low end. I had a great talk with Simeone who represents my favorite brand and he guided me to the television I was looking for and at the price I needed to be at. He also had me add in a sound bar that after demonstration was a must buy. Finally I was past my budget so asked him to cancel my 5 day old Best Buy Total Membership for almost $200.00 and he was open to do that but first was very informative on why I should reconsider as he named all the scenarios that could go wrong where the membership would come in handy and the special price promotions for members I would miss out on throughout the year that would pay the membership back 10 fold. Thanks Simeone your a true professional and representative. Here’s some new pics below of my new setup. I spent an extra $900.00 on top of 600.00 regiment well worth it in the long run. This is the location to go to for all your needs.

I went to this location 2 different days looking for something different each day and I couldn't find anyone to help me out. 1st day I just needed a couple tv mounts the person that I tracked down didn't know anything about mounts so he called someone to assist me and I got sick of waiting and left. 2nd day I went in to purchase a new kitchen stove exhaust hood and the person working that area had zero idea about any of the questions I had about them. I got frustrated and left and found one at Warner Stallion down the street. The people there had the answers to my questions. I figured since this was a Magnolia location they would have some good personal there but I was wrong.

Love how lifetime screen protector replacements actually mean less than 1 year pathetic will never spend another cent at best buy with their lying and predatory consumer practices
