I used to always love Best Buy and worked there in college as well. The Best Buy in Maple Grove put a taste in my mouth they will have me and my husband who love Best Buy stay away. I’ll be sure to pass along as well. Was not welcoming coming in. The girl behind the register asked me the same thing 5 times, and when the app said I can do a return there, she said no. Then gave me a weird eye rolling look with one of her co-workers there not making you feel welcome at all and like customer service is a strong point for them anymore. WOW has the experience changed walking in or at least to this location. Try to find what you need online elsewhere, Costco or Target. Very disappointing Best Buy.
