I stood in line for 3 hours this morning to wait for the Pokemon TCG drop and a few thugs skipped in line at the last minute.
Almost everyone in line saw it and was against it but instead of causing any ruckus in your parking lot, we were civil and waited until you opened to inform a manager.
Their official response was, "what do you want me to do, shoot them? I can't do anything."
You can refuse service to these thugs! Have someone on site who is willing to enforce half of a policy. I used to go to BB drops in Milwaukee and they wouldnt stand this or laugh me of with a legitimate concern.
Someone up there should grow a spine, do better.
It happened that on 04-08-26z . While everyone was waiting in line outside of Bestbuy in order to get TCG . 20mins before opening , two random couple budge everyone to get in front of the line . We told the employees about the situations and they couldn’t do anything and still sell them the items. I was the person who was in line supposed to get the last item since there was only 10 in stock . Since the couple budge in line . I was left with nothing . Please retrain your employees/staff to do a better job and listen to the people who waited hours and hours for it .
Corporate Best Buy 👍pay attention your store is failing… Poor customer service and policies at this location or just Best Buy now? Never had issues in Minnetonka with trying to exchange a receiver that doesn’t work for what I needed as a gift with a receipt. Spent a hour picking out what I needed and was happy to spend $600 after the return which was around $100! The manager was going to make me sign up for the program to be a member or I couldn’t return it. It cost money for that and you have to cancel after or it will keep charging every year. He stated because of it being 60 days and the box being open they would have to have me sign up for the program. I asked to have the a partial credit instead and just not sign up. The manager refused and said they don’t resell open box at maple grove. Well!!! I had speakers being brought up to the counter that were open box? Something’s not adding up here!!!! So I took the receiver and left without buying anything and will never buy from Best Buy again! I’ve spent a ton of money buying all my electronics from them for the past 25 years, never again… No wonder the store and parking lot were empty at 6pm on a Friday… oh and I don’t have social platforms so no facebook instagram or twitter so don’t send me that BS response

Michelle who works in geek squad was super nice and helpful she was able to help install mine and my dad’s car remote starters and she did it super efficiently and fast. If you need a remote starter come to her.
