Best Buy Maple Grove

I was there around 4:35-5pm on Sunday Sept 27 at the Maple Grove Best Buy location. That was the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Best Buy and I don't like leaving negative reviews but this one was so bad I had no choice. I was by the rectangle area where employees help customers set up their phones etc looking for an item. No assistance, no one checked in to see if I needed any help in that area. The lady closest to me registered me and just knowingly turned the other way rather than ask if I needed assistance. I was later told that the lady who did that was the HR lady filling in to help out. She of all people should know better. The store was just employees hanging out with each other or on their phones rather than attending to customers. No hello, no how can I help you? The only positive from this experience was the two workers in Geek Squad, Alex Ademodi and the Hispanic Lady who was working in Geek Squad at that time. The Hispanic lady had excellent customer service, greeting guest, interacting with them in a timely manner, listening patiently to her customers' needs, and displayed excellent communication even as the Geek Squad area filled up a little. I was very impressed by her! Alex Ademodi also did a great job answering my questions and taking care of what I needed with my phone. Geek Squad 5/5 stars, the rest of the store 0/5.

Daniel Nelson is the best manager in the world Best buy have to keep they're eye on him good worker hard working and the best patient listen understood every customer make sure you leave from the store with happiness thank you Daniel Nelson manager@ Best buy in maple Grove you are the best. Also Braylen Davis I just want to say a big thank you to you for your hard-working your patient and understand I was overwhelmed and I enter the store but you do your best and put smile on my face thank you Best buy keep Davis he's a good hard-working guy.

Braylen is an asset to your Best Buy company. My husband and I are in our mid 70s and not good with technology. Braylen spends 1 1/2 hours helping us and was very friendly the entire time; never once sounding impatient.After our experience with Braylen we will definitely give Best Buy any future business!
