I am dissatisfied with the performance of the Best Buy technician. I ordered parts to install in my convertible. However, the in-store staff ordered the wrong parts. I had to reorder the correct parts, and when they arrived, I took the vehicle in. The technician made an error, resulting in my air conditioning not functioning. I had to return it for corrections. I did not realize that the technician had installed the backup camera incorrectly. When reversing, the image on the right appeared on the left, and the image on the left appeared on the right. I attempted to leave several messages but never received a callback regarding their mistakes. I finally managed to reach a staff member, and I hope they do not make any more errors. The technicians at this Roseville location are not reliable. Not sure use them in the future.

Giving 5 stars due to the employees hard work. Went in looking for something and noticed they were short staffed. An employee came to ask if I needed help and that I will be next after the 2 customers they were helping. They got to mw promptly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
Get selection and service.
A little bit too much of the hard sell upgrades/membership/insurance. Writing that he was relentless wouldn't be a stretch.
Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. .
