This store let someone use my card fraudulently. They charged $820 on my card and I am supposed to wait for three months to get it credited back. One person in customer service said I'd have it in three days, the other said ninety days. Now my account is empty for three months and I have to take time out of my day to deal with it. I'll never walk into a Best Buy again.
No point in having a phone number to call the maple grove best buy.... Nobody will answer it. Spent two days calling from morning till noon and nobody answered. Ill go to the store and get a lame excuse as to why

Just went to pick up a laptop I ordered directly through Lenovo and unfortunately it wasn't ready for pickup yet after the corporate call center told me it was BUT the customer service was fantastic! No big deal if I have to wait a couple more days, but they tried everything to try to sort out the issue and were willing to find me a comparable laptop. The gentleman helping me (I wish I got his name for recognition, he had reddish/strawberry blonde hair) had tremendous customer service! He was very friendly and apologetic, doing everything he could to help me out.

Bought a new computer for 350.00 off the original price and Iggie told me to sign up for a credit card and got another 60.00 off.
