I stopped by Best buy at this location to look for a computer monitor. Their monitor section is a mess. No one asked me if I needed any help. I managed to find someone to help. It’s definitely not a customer focus Best Buy that I used to know.

Bought a laptops, they promised it was going to be deliver next day, 2 hours later I received a text telling me “the laptop was in back order” went back to the store to return everything I purchased and the customer service person tells me that the laptop i bought has been in back order for a month, then I canceled the order he said you will get a refund in a couple of days, guess 3 weeks later no refund, called their support line took me an hour to get no where. The customer rep. Said that I should talk to my credit card company toe see where it went, my credit card company tells me they do not have it and they should re-issue a refund. Had to create a dispute so they can deal with it,
Not sure what happened to Best Buy, I can tell you they will not be missed when they are gone.
