I'd like to commend Best Buy employee Enda Dallmann for the time he spent with my wife and I this morning in regards to a defective battery that was with our Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner purchased a couple of weeks ago in Maple Grove.
He was right on it and was courteous and accommodating.
We left there satisfied and smiling after our encounter with Enda.. Thank you Best Buy and Enda!!!

So I went in there close to close due to the fact when I went in on Saturday to exchange a case for my phone the guy putting on new case dropped in cracked my screen protector. I was expecting them to say “the best we can do is give you a percentage off a new screen protector being I didn’t buy the screen protector from Best Buy in general, but the manager Zack stepped up and was willing to not only replace the screen protector but also put it on for me free of charge.
He was very sweet and completely willing to help as best as he could. Definitely a stand up manager and person in general thank you Zack, thanks to you I will be coming to this Best Buy whenever I need something.

Wanted to do in store shopping for video games. What i got was Best Buy cosplaying as the Toys R' Us Temu video game department. Presentation was ridiculous and selection was very limited. This was one of the most depressing Best Buy visits in recent memory. I miss their glory days...
