Had an issue with online order and customer service handled it well.
The service was excellent for me, as I was able to find and purchase the monitor I was looking for, and the staff who assisted me were fantastic, offering me options beyond what I was looking for.
Dan provided exceptional customer service and solutions, going above and beyond. I really can't express how grateful I am to have walked into "his" store with my problem. The world needs more people like him!
Best Buy needs to get rid of this AI answering the phones crap. Can’t connect to a team member or get answers on what you need. No wonder this store is losing money. Never shopping with this company again
