Our service at the store in Maple Grove MN is very good, including Dave who was knowledgeable and great to work with for our Frigidaire refrigerator, which we like. It's a bit noisy, and the doors were not level but we were able to fix it ourselves. It goes down hill from there. Our recommendation is to NOT outsource your delivery service.
The rest was a nightmare. Customer service by phone is as bad as the DMV, but longer. First, delivery is a 12 hour window so must adjust your work schedule until the day before the call to share the window is now 5 hours. On delivery day, the lift on the truck was broken so they could not get the refrigerator off the truck. We had to reschedule again for 5 days later. Again, 12 hour /5 hour window. Once delivered, the installer broke one of the door shelving units. BB Cust service called, identified the broken piece, set up ANOTHER delivery for a part; 12 hours/5 hours, only to come out and identify the broken piece which required ANOTHER delivery 12 hours/5 hours. So inefficient and inconvenient. We had to go to the store to twice AFTER the purchase date of 5/9, and we still do not have the broken piece.

The manager that helped me was very disrespectful and he was talking over his earpiece while I was trying to pick up my order. There should be a separate line for online pick up, not checkout. He was also tapping on my hard drive and not placing it gently on the counter, which he should have. I have better luck with other locations.
whats the point of offering digital pay with the best buy card if its not going to work 😒
