I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Maple Grove Best Buy store. I went in to exchange a product and was made to wait for 45 minutes while the staff looked for the item. Unfortunately, they were unable to find it and did not make any effort to help me resolve the issue. This lack of assistance and the long wait time were extremely frustrating. I expected better customer service from Best Buy and hope they can improve their processes in the future.

Terrible customer service. Tried to get me to cancel my order of $299 to make me pay for the new $399 price tag. little Asian guy at the checkout needs to be fired for this. Edit : I just cancelled my order and will be purchasing elsewhere and never considering Best Buy next time I need something!!
