I wanted to get information about a Ring door bell/ camera. I never was able to get any assistance for at least 10 minutes. The door greet person tried to get help. We tried again another 5 minutes of no assistance what so ever.
Management, own this and do/be better!
That was a terrible customer experience. Fix it!

I have had several of my own poor experiences with this specific location and I have also heard from friends and family that they felt the same. Many times prices are listed incorrectly then some how they dont honor it even though it is a reoccurring issue. this MUST be dealt with immediately I am extremely disappointed as a loyal best buy costumer.

Went to the store this morning found one of the dysons marked down on clearance with the rose gold display. First confirmed with a sales rep in regards to the price which he did and then availability which it was in that specific color as the display. Price was incorrect as well as remaining promotions of dysons next to it. Spoke to the manager who said they will not honor the price despite acknowledging that the promotion sign and entire display of not just one but all three products were incorrect. Called customer service who stated they should have honored as it is store responsibility to correct. Manager said he would fix all the signage immediately but not rectify the situation despite corporate telling me otherwise.
