Best Buy Maple Grove

Here's a polished review: Best Buy is an exceptional destination for electronics and home appliances! The extensive selection is impressive, and the staff is truly wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help, they make shopping a breeze. I highly recommend Best Buy for all your tech and appliance needs.

Just got done shopping here at 7:45pm tonight on a Friday. The customer service was in general phenomenal as a whole. But I wanted to mention one employee in particular one of their customers that came here and shocked and forgot his phone and the employee took the effort to run outside. Look for him find him and hand him his phone the employees name is Shaq a STAND UP EMPLOYEE!! I’d highly recommend shopping at this Best Buy!!

Great store , good employees No come

I’ve been shopping at Best Buy since they opened in California 30 years ago. I remember by my first personal computer a black Toshiba computer with a black monitor… I love electronics and for the most part all my visits have been pretty positive. I’ve always followed the policies and one returning products. I’ve always boxed them back up properly as close as possible if not exactly how they came. I’ve just read a few other bad reviews and they seem to be about customer service however I think that people just don’t have the right expectations. It may be because I grew up working retail jobs (record town, Verizon, RadioShack) and eventually becoming store manager. I remember one of my part time employees RadioShack was a retired Chevron Oil Vice President once told me that I had a very tough job because I had to motivate people that were making minimum wage plus commission he said his job was very easy because he was motivating people that were making six figure salaries. We gotta keep it into perspective who is helping us and how much they’re getting paid; many are young people making a little over minimum wage. When I’m eating street tacos, I expected tacos to be delicious and for the service to be fast. That’s all I expect from that person. When I was finally able to afford a Ferrari, I expected the service from the Ferrari dealership to be top-notch and it was. All that being said I’m not condoning employees to be rude. I’m just saying we need to be more forgiving. I live in Minnesota now and I’m very thankful that Best Buy is still around. Later on today, I’m going to go in to buy some water resistant earbuds and have the line is long and there’s only one cashier like one of the other reviews mentioned. I’m gonna politely ask to pay somebody like I’ve done before and they’ll get somebody. I’m not going to buy it from Amazon, that is not going to help us keep the stores afloat.
