I went to purchase the Dyson Slim vacuum $499.99 it was on sale previously the week for $239? Anyways Target had the same Dyson on sale for $249.99. I asked for a price match, two cashier pull up the information on Target and needed an approval code. We waited for a while like 6-7 minutes ( no one was in the store) An advisor came up and verified everything we thought okay someone is going to approve the transaction, come to find out we were denied the price match. The advisor told us that they can only price match if we sign up for a membership plus plan which is $50. ??? Since when did Best Buy implement this rule? The advisor said it had always been there and only exclusive products can be price match for plus member. He said no and walked away. We asked the cashier if the advisor was the manager and was told no but close and he was just following orders from his ear piece. We left without buying but went online and had no problem with customer service price matching for us online. Were we lied to by the store manager? This is unacceptable.

Decent stock items. One of few places physically left to view upper end electronics in person prior to purchasing.

Surprisingly large kitchen appliance section. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Clean store. Restrooms were difficult with little kids (no family restroom), but otherwise, great experience.
Slow service, staff shift ending, not open for further discussion.
