Scheduled an appointment for the Eden Prairie location for June 17. In the "reason for appointment" section, I entered:
Battery Replacement for Pixel phone.
Best Buy sent me 3 reminders for the appointment. I arrive on time and am told that Best Buy has not serviced Android phones since 2020!!! Nowhere on your website do you say that. You should have my declined appointment request and displayed the appropriate, customer friendly, message.
You have a technology team, you should be able to create a business rule that recognizes Android or Pixel and not even allow an appointment to be made.
What a waste of my time. I should have known that Best Buy could not provide service.
It can be annoying to get what you need when the app says its in stock but the shelf is empty. I often need to ask someone to get stuff from the back even when there is a spot for it on the shelf sitting empty.
This is my favorite Best Buy always very helpful.
Horrible customer satisfaction I’ve been given the runaround and Best Buy has my money! I brought three items iPad, iPad keyboard and pencil. The iPad was not in the box that was shipped to my home there was a piece of cardboard the keyboard and pencil were the only items in the box, I want my iPad!! I just spoke with Carol a manager in customer service she said there was nothing they could do the case was closed!!!
