Long story... But All I can say is that the person that was working in the computer section. Did not understand what I was looking for a USB port for wireless mouse. He was showing me a Bluetooth mouse and a corded mouse and all I was looking for was the wireless USB mouse.

The sales reps at this store fail to inform buyers about a lot of important details around the installation of appliances. I did not find out about additional costs and steps needed until the installers were there. Best Buy has poor resolution practices for issues that arise with their contractors. There is no support or help. They also have deceiving pricing practices. The sticker said a price and when I got to the check out I had to PURCHASE a one year automatically renewing membership to get that price. It has been a very poor experience with Best Buy and after many years as a customer I will no longer be one.

This is the worst store you can ever find here in Richfield. The staff work as if they are doing you a favor. Walked into the store and this front desk staff totally ignored us. Came a second staff and he is like “ what can I do for you “. We need a mouse. You can look at the back…that is all he said. No aisle number, no one accompanied us, no explanation. Later we had to walk out. Not a recommendable place. Horrible staff.
