Went 1 hour before closing. The store was lacking in customers. There were several employees who happily ignored me. I just needed to buy a laptop, and needed it taken out to the register. Nobody approached me despite me being the only one in their apple area, and right next to the geek squad desks which were completely empty of customers. I fully intended to just buy the computer I needed and leave but instead after waiting with no help and watching several employees just ignore me I left without purchasing anything. I will just go to microcenter next time and not bother with best buy anymore, they just don't need customers is the vibe I got.

Some times one Best Buy won’t have something buy you know the Richfield one always have everything my microwave broke well guess where I went right away Best Buy and left with a great open box special plus since I’m a total tech memeber they gave me geek squad extra warranty it’s super good store to be a member of

I did a stop at the store even when there is online option, it is always fun and nice to see in person all the electric technology of course with all the support from the store, the personal were friendly and happy to help for needs.
