Was told over the phone they had an item In several varieties. When I got there, there were none to be found. Very poor customer service, no one was interested in helping me. I have worked in retail for over ten years I know the struggles people face working at stores likes this. I also know what good customer service and follow up is. This place doesn’t have it.

Best Buy Richfield is the best location if you want to actually see and try products in person before buying. The store is huge and has the widest selection of appliances and home items I’ve seen, all out on display so you can compare and test them side by side. From major appliances to smaller home essentials like fans, they make it easy to get a real feel for the product before making a decision. I really appreciate how well-organized the store is—everything is clearly displayed, easy to find, and the staff are always available if you need help or have questions. Being able to walk through and actually interact with products makes shopping here so much better than browsing online. Whether you’re shopping for a big upgrade for your home or something simple to make life easier, Best Buy Richfield has it all in one place. It’s definitely my go-to store when I want the best selection, hands-on experience, and knowledgeable service.

I was out demonstrating various VR headsets today. I first went to Apple store where I got personalized attention. Coming to bestbuy it was eerie how I was just another random occupant in their store. I had fo walk over to someone in another department to request assistance. Thankfully he had purchased the Meta Quest 3 so he could answer a few of my questions. He did allow me time to bounce questions off of him. What he didnt know he used chat-GBT to find the answers. I definitely appreciate that. Im only giving them 3 stars. Due to the lack of interest in theor customers. It would have been nice to have more employees as me questions. I actually made eye contact and said something to 2 other people but they had earbuds in and could hear me. Odd that so many companies allow you to have them. I know a kid that used to work at menards. Doesn't anymore... they fired him for wearing ear buds on the job. It's very tacky and honestly I understand the shifts are long. But if people aren't buying anything. You loose money. They reduce your hours & your out of a job. Let's all do a lot better at common courtesy 😉. Maybe more people wouls by from you. If you out in more effort. I also had questions about the insta360 x5. But, they couldn't be bothered. So, I can tell you I will take my business elsewhere.
