Justine as she called herself the manager at the store was rude and lacked customer service experience she is arrogant do not deserve to be there.

Very knowledgeable audio person helped me.
I hadn’t been to this Best Buy location in years, so I was pleasantly surprised to see the entire store remodeled, and everything looks great. We came in to purchase a remote starter and get it installed, and Ben helped us from start to finish. He was patient, helped us place the order, and scheduled our installation appointment at the Best Buy in Eagan. The whole process was smooth, and we left completely satisfied. I’ll definitely be visiting this location more often, especially now that I know they sell Lego sets too.
