Oh, this place is a hit or Miss the employees here could be wonderful or they can be unnecessary when it comes to certain things. I don't need extra input or I don't need you to tell me what's a good idea versus what's not a good idea. That's your personal opinion. Not mine and by them stating if such and such happens, we won't honor the warranty. Even though you're basically paying a membership. It's so tiring. Places like this need to do better and you wonder why there's a decline in your closing stores

The Richfield Best Buy was a terrible experience. The employee could not get the product to scan to complete the sale as another employee put a sale sticker over the serial number needed to scan and it took 3 people and 15 mins to accomplish this without an apology for the delay and inconvenience. Oh how customer service has fallen off at big box store and they wonder why online sales are so much stronger
Hands down the best service I've ever had. Management is wonderful and the sales team is just as great. They had exactly what I needed for my sons new gaming room. Ehab is the goat. Boom, name drop, mic drop. I'm outty. I'll go nowhere else.
Waited over 20 mins for somebody in computers. They just all walk around and know nothing of what they sell.
