Waited over 20 mins for somebody in computers. They just all walk around and know nothing of what they sell.

I used to shop here a lot. Then they got rid of CDs. I spend a lot of money on vinyl now, but not here. I ordered online, there was a big desk with a sign over that said "online order pickup", but I had to stand in the regular checkout line, which was also returns / customer service. It seemed to be a staffing issue- which was strange on 12/20, you figure they would be staffed up.

These crooks just charged my card 179.00 for some membership renewal and I don't even have any membership with Best Buy or even live in Minneapolis. What a bunch of thieves!!!!!
