I am writing to share the incredible experience I had recently at your on best location, on 12 June 2026 I was fortunate enough to be served by Ali, and his level of service was nothing short of exceptional.
From the moment I arrived, Ali, greeted me with genuine warmth and a welcoming attitude. What stood out the most was his incredible attention to detail / deep knowledge of the product / patience while answering my questions. His truly went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was perfect, anticipating my needs before I even had to ask.
It is rare to encounter someone who serves with such pride, professionalism, and authentic care.
Ali, didn't just deliver great customer service; he and his coworker which I didn’t catch his name thank you both you both elevated my entire experience and left a lasting impression.

Wow Luke was the best the way he took his time explaining the washing machines the different brands. Very very informative good conversationist. Me and will for sure come back to best buy and hope to have him help us again. He definitely kept it real 😊 👍🏽 💯
I didn’t catch his name but the HP gentleman in the printers department was very helpful. I’ve been researching printers and he pointed out some feedback I hadn’t heard.
Also your woman’s bathroom has multiple icky drain fly/moths flying around. Super easy to get rid of them too.
