I brought a gift card that wasn’t working walking in the store and called customer service and they wasn’t even helping the blame it on the third party vendor. I called the third party vendor and they told me it was because Bestbuy gave a me a card that was never activated. I decided that I would stick with Amazon for now on. I’ve been going to Best Buy for years and find it disappointing that I had to go through this

20 staff around the store, none of them greeted us, none of them offered to help find anything, and none of them seemed to know what was in the store. I had to talk to two or three staff before getting the answer. They seemed more interested in chatting with each other.
