Terrible policy’s for returns… as a Best Buy plus member who loves this company. Couldn’t give me a refund in store even though it was purchased 2 days ago. Mailing me a check that they said wouldn’t come for 2 weeks… awful service definitely cancelling my membership and shopping else well going forward

One of the best locations in the Twin Cities! We recently stopped in to pick up a new washer and dryer set, and Pete made the entire process easy and seamless. The store features all the latest products on display, so you can always count on seeing the newest and best options. Highly recommend!

I know most people only leave reviews when something goes wrong, but I genuinely had one of the best retail experiences of my life. (I also work in retail) I brought my PC in because I couldn’t update it to Windows 11 (turns out I’m not as much of a tech guy as I thought). I was a little hesitant to let someone else work on my computer, but my dad — an ex–Geek Squad tech — assured me this was the place to go. From the moment I walked up to the counter, the service rep was friendly, reassuring, and confident. He told me they’d take care of everything and that I could pick up my PC the next day — totally fair since I came in around 6:30. The level of care and professionalism I experienced is something you don’t see often these days. Thank you, Best Buy, for making my computer troubles disappear.
