I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from Best Buy and while within the 2-year Best Buy Total membership warranty period Best Buy refused to send a technician out to service the product.
Buyers beware that opting out of a membership renewal for future coverage cancels coverage during the current (paid for) period. Neither online support staff, two in person managers, nor the call in support were able to assist me.
Overall, I had an extremely disappointing customer service experience and will be taking all future business elsewhere.

They have a lot of really nice appliances, very reasonable prices, very friendly staff and their very cheap delivery service is a great deal. They delivered Samsung Washer & Dryer set for only $30. And they have a lot of discount plans, so today I got a discount of $250. Today I got the Best Service from the Best Guy Devin at Best Buy and got the Best Discount and Best Buy.
Today was really the Best Day!!!
Helpful staff. Found what I needed in stock. In and out in 15 minutes.
Went in for a drone, thinking the corporate location would be good to go. Nothing was in stock seriously? Looked at the high end cameras, nothing in stock. Could order both, but I go home tomorrow. No thanks!
Decided to check out galaxy watch accessories, but they didn't exist. Looked for a galaxy s24 ultra case, and they also don't exist. Does best buy stock or carry anything besides the apple trash that they had an over abundance of?
The only reason for a two star is because it's the first best buy since 2005 that actually had staff asking if they could help me find something. To bad they couldn't find inventory though.
