I hadn’t been to this Best Buy location in years, so I was pleasantly surprised to see the entire store remodeled, and everything looks great. We came in to purchase a remote starter and get it installed, and Ben helped us from start to finish. He was patient, helped us place the order, and scheduled our installation appointment at the Best Buy in Eagan. The whole process was smooth, and we left completely satisfied. I’ll definitely be visiting this location more often, especially now that I know they sell Lego sets too.

Ordered an item online for pickup… then took a scenic pilgrimage halfway across the state, only to be told they don’t have it in stock. Plot twist: they don’t even CARRY the product in that store.
Dan, the manager, shrugged and blamed it on Black Friday like it was some kind of natural disaster instead of, you know… a calendar event they’ve known about since the 1980s.
You’d think a tech corporation with 42+ years in business and decades of online ordering experience would have figured out how to not sell imaginary items by now. Apparently not!
Zero stars for this location’s management and the “corporate website pros” who confidently told me unicorns are real and available for pickup.
