My parents were at the Best Buy store in Richfield today and bought a TV.
Dan Haider helped us with our purchase and he was great!!
He patiently listened to all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about what we should get today and what we might want to consider adding later after we got our TV set up and used it for a few days.
My parents are both 72 and not very tech savvy. It was such a relief to have someone like Dan help us. He was just so kind. We hadn't purchased a TV in about 15 years so there was a huge learning curve. Dan was a great facilitator in our purchase and I wanted to let management know how grateful we were for his help.
