Have ordered here a few times for pick up. Guys were really helpful during my pickup. Even made the experience more informative than judgy and condescending when I showed up to pick up a large TV with the wrong size vehicle. They were polite and had recommendations that I used and worked out great. Pick up parking spots are a bit tight it seems but great experience all around.
Store delivery services is the worst I ever encountered or experienced with in my entire life. It is not even qualified a one star review.
I purchased a refrigerator last week and scheduled to deliver today. Sale rep said there will be phone call and text the night before but we heard nothing. Suddenly, on the 5th, delivery date, the delivery guy called me 9 minutes before getting to my house. After he got to my house, he said he is not going to haul my old one away. At first, he said because there still some old food in there so he can put it outside for couple days and schedule to come back and get it. See, first, I have to drive from work back home to look at it. So I said can we clean it and he haul it away today, he said NO. Then second, I said okay let’s hookup the new one and we put the old one outside my garage for couple days then schedule for him to come back and haul it away. He also NO this time too.
I overheard he talking to a lady in the office and that lady said no matter what he has to haul it away but , I don’t know what was wrong, he just closed his truck then gone.
The problem is he messed with my water from the main waterline and messed or tied up the waterline from the old refrigerator. He unscrewed all the handles of my old one then left.
I told him I have talked to Menards, Home Depot and other stores I was gonna buy from them but because my kids and I were in Best But buy Pokémon cards and mentioned to them and they said they can match everything from Home Depot. Now he said that is not his problem if I’m not happy I can call Home Depot or other stores. This is really ridicules, very poor service. I would never recommend, refer or shop Best Buy again.
Helpful quick stop. Able to find what I needed for a charger, but seemed a bit expensive for the electronics.

Best Buy cannot seem to get anything right. Their own system sent my package to their store and it’s my fault and now no product. No refund. No customer service. There is a reason I won’t be using Best Buy again.
