I highly don’t recommend you go spending money somewhere else. The geek squad Keith is a not a helpful person to have issues. It’s go directly to Apple. Don’t get geeks. Why just get something else

We stopped to purchase a cell phone for our daughter's birthday. Hating to stand around in store, we were hopeful to buy and go but that wasn't an option with the choice of phones. Allison was our customer service rep helping us, they did such an amazing job with explanations, offering suggestions to save money, all while training a new employee on the process. If every associate was this pleasant in retail, life would be so much more enjoyable when making expensive decisions. Appreciate people like this!
They helped with what I need asap. I didn’t need to look around for what I was buying. In and out.
I can't even talk to anyone what a terrible change with ai.
Definitely going somewhere else.
Why can't we call a place of business and get some awenser from me to come there and spend money.
