Bought a TV off of Amazon and picked it up. Everything went well.
Went to look at Apple computers. Approached by a worker who asked if we needed help. I said no thank you just looking. And he continued to stand directly next to me and stare at what I was doing. Felt very intimidated and couldn’t have a conversation with my mother if we should buy the product or not, and what I liked/didn’t like about it. We ended up at the Apple Store to purchase

Not good. The team showed up with the incorrect sound bar mount, also informing me that it will be an extra $150 because of some cement work they’d have to do (that the original salesman neglected to mention). Have to reschedule now…
We dreaded having to stop at the Oakdale BestBuy yesterday with three questions/issues that we needed help with. However, we were pleasantly surprised ...even AMAZED, at the 3 different employees who were willing and very able to assist us. All were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Solved our problems with no sales pressure, no waiting in lines. We were in and out of there in 20 min with everything taken care of! So refreshing to find that such extraordinary customer service still exists! Will definitely recommend this company!!
