How do I check product availability at the Oakdale Best Buy?

Extremely disappointed. We had car alarm installed by a auto tech and now alarms goes off constantly and doesn't shut off. I called and had to travel 30 mins to another best buy to fix it. Eden Prairie Bestbuy said it was a grounding issue. Well, not a week later my car alarm is still going off constantly. I called again and Woodbury Best buy tells me that their only solution would be for me to drive around all best buys in town to see who can take me in. Their next available appt would be 2 wks from now and I'm supposed to deal with the alarm constantly going off.

Why is there no one at customer service when there is a giant sign saying customer service? Then just a tiny little sign saying go to the checkouts and having to wait forever in the long line.
