I had the best experience at Best Buy yesterday. I had ordered a Microsoft Surface Pro online for pickup, and unfortunately realized I ordered the wrong one.
I went into the store with the laptop in hand and headed straight to the Microsoft desk, where Zach was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely attentive, understanding, and immediately jumped in to help solve the problem. He processed the return quickly and, within minutes, I was walking out the door with the correct laptop.
Zach truly went above and beyond to understand my needs, had a genuine can-do attitude, and made what could have been a frustrating situation completely stress-free. Best Buy is very lucky to have Zach—this is exactly the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back.
