I was very happy with the service I received. Zodik was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out a laptop that has been an absolute perfect fit for my needs. I love my new device. I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing help choosing a new computer.
A new nightmare before Christmas! Worst experience ever at Best Buy Oakdale, MN. I was there for 5 HOURS to purchase two new iphones and my sales person had to back out the order two times, call Verizon 3 times and said new phones were "pending" with no cell service. Verizon tried and they could not activate the phones. The new phones endured two returns and still would not activate. During this whole nightmare, my two old phones were inactivated and non-functional and my credit card still needed a refund, so I was there for 5 HOURS, yes, 12:45 -5:45 pm! Is that a long time for purchasing two phones? The sales person was sorry but the store manager was clearly uninterested and not sorry. Best Buy finally told me "sorry, we can't make the sale". It was 45 minutes for them to reactivate my two OLD PHONES and for the Geek Squad to sift through my two return receipts to refund my credit card, which the store manager encouraged just doing a store credit as it would be easier. Heck no! I asked if there would be a store credit for all of the 5 HOUR hassle and the store manager asked if $25 was okay as she walked away and ignored me. This was a total fail by Best Buy. I still need to buy two phones and will not go to Best Buy!

Get more help in phone dept. 2 isn't enough when people take 20 min to buy a phone. While I can appreciate it's the holiday season, this is all the time in mobile phones. You could have an option to hold your place in line by taking a phone or give us a pager so you can shop while you wait our turn. Also, you know the wait is LONG, put seats out. You have them for geek squad help. I see older people waiting and be kind and give them a place to sit. The employees won't make eye contact I notice, but should, they should say 'sorry for the wait' or acknowledge people. Phone sales take way too long. Have a third person dedicated to other assistance.
