I went to buy a iPad and had better experiences at most used car dealerships! Waited forever to get help, they tried to sell me an upgraded model but didn't even know how to operate the new functions, and then tried to get me to sign up for two other promotions but had no idea about the policies. Later spent over 15 min. on hold with no luck on the phone to get accurate info. Come to find out, WalMart was cheaper. Very bad experience!

Beware of Fees. The issue was the Install requesting a dryer door to be reversed as it was not indicated in the Specs the side it was on. I called Best Buy. They said to reverse the door it's another $76 on top of delivery/install fee, disposal fee, parts, etc. I asked if they'd waive the fee they said NO. Lost customer. Buy at another store.

Customer Service is Horrible. They don’t provide help when you call. I bought a total membership and went to Best Buy to have my pc repaired. They took the pc seen an evidence of a spill on a FAN AND DID NOT FINISH THE WORK. They have had my pc for weeks with no update and nobody knows what going on. Everyone rude and I hate I ever trusted geek squad with my PC
