How do I check product availability at the Oakdale Best Buy?

Help this make sense. Was at the store. Wanted the sandstone headphones by Bose. Jimmy said I could only buy the blue pair at the price displayed. Found the sandstone pair online for the $279, Jimmy would not match it. Way to turn business away Jimmy.
