How do I check product availability at the Oakdale Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Oakdale Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

People are fairly knowledgeable they did seem uninclined to help though. My issue is low inventory. Little to no laptops and computers in stock. They do seem to be moving into having other stuff aside from electronics. I did see a couple of shelves with Lego build sets. And the greenworks shelf electric powered lawnmowers and snow blowers and more home equipment which is nice they have to 80v stuff. (The 40v stuff just doesn't have to power in my opinion)

My father's television stopped working so I told him I would find him something new. I stopped in began browsing and fairly quickly had a sales representative asked me if I needed any help. After discussing the particulars of what I was looking for I was given several options within my father's price range and ultimately found a television that exceeded my father's expectations yet fell under budget.
They used no high pressure sales tactics. I was asked if an extended warranty was something that he would be interested in. Other than that they didn't try to upsell or push anything on me. The staff was quick to get the television and bring it out front and they loaded it into the pickup.
