Best Buy lost a customer today. I called the Oakdale store to ask a simple question. I got stuck in a never ending loop with the AI chat voice who couldn’t understand I wanted to talk to a real person to ask if you still accept checks from customers. The item I wanted to buy is the same price at Best Buy and Amazon. I thought I would give my business to Best Buy, a Minnesota company, but I’m going to buy from Amazon since I can’t speak to anyone at your store to see if you do electronic checks like Menards does. Your AI chat system cuts in and out and is probably costing you a lot of customers.
