I bought a laptop from them in April.
It started over heating, and they, of course, will look at it for $80. Go figure.
It's under warranty from Dell, but it's Ike pulling teeth to talk to a human anymore.
A1 sucks and texting with a live person sucks as well.
When they decide to stop answering your questions, they just don't
answer and, of course, never get back in touch with you..
It was good, staff was friendly but my 20 minute geek squad took way too long (nearly an hour). And all they did was mail it off!

My experience has been positive. I haven't been to the Oakdale Best Buy store in a few years. I was impressed with the staff and especially the Geek Squad.
Never have had a bad experience at this best buy. When I bought a TV, had a very good experience with the associate. Anytime I picked up an online order, was treated well, and acknowledged if I had to wait.
Honestly wouldn't hesitate to keep coming back.
