The guy who was assigned to help me find a cord only knew 3 words, "I don't know".
Left with no new cord, no clue what the cord is called or where to buy it.
Thankfully I told a friend who knew someone.. He was able to look it up and order it online.
That cord is listed on Best Buy website but I went elsewhere.

Service was slow but very efficient once they finally arrived they were definitely very knowledgeable and did a great job just wasn't impressed with the wait
