Tried to push a card on me asking "Would you like $15 back on this purchase?" I asked if it would require anything weird, they said no, then asked me to tap approve on the screen which said it would give my info to CitiBank. Immediately backed out of it. I asked if they get kickbacks from card signups and they said don't but that was a really deceptive way to get someone to sign up for a credit card.

Ordering from Bestbuy.com was a good experience. In store the customer service will definitely keep me from returning. A major part of my job is sales. Basic lesson is if you see a customer, don't make them feel like they have to inconvenience you to ask to buy a product. If you tell them that you have a product in stock and that you will bring it up to the front for them to purchase. You might want to communicate to them sooner than later if you really don't have that item in stock. Maybe suggest alternate options. Don't make them ask you for an update multiple times while you have them wasting their time in your store. Btw, I saw multiple items I was interested in while I was waiting for something that was not in stock. Nobody approached me to see if I needed help. Thank you for saving me at least $500 if not $2000+ for that Bosch 800 series dishwasher as well.
