We recently purchased a new laptop from Best Buy not long ago and while the salesperson we worked with was knowledgeable and helpful with finding the right computer, when it came time to buy, we were led to believe that by opening up a Best Buy card to purchase said computer, we'd get $75 that we can put toward the credit card payment.
Not even remotely true. But that's what we were told. So now we have a full credit card to pay off and somehow burn $75 in credit on something in the store because it's extremely unlikely we'll be buying from Best Buy again. They might need to review what they tell customers.

After walking through a couple different sections, waiting for someone to approach us, my son and I were (finally) warmly greeted by Mohamed. Mohamed was a great salesperson and worked with me to find exactly what I needed. I have little to no prior knowledge when it comes to electronics, cables, TV accessories, etc, so his help was not only appreciated but quite necessary. Their Lego selection is moderate, but their prices are competitive with Walmart and Target. Upon checkout, Mohamed carried the heaviest items to the front and even loaded them in my car.
We have had several good experiences at Best Buy Rochester and highly recommend either Sage or Mohamed!

Non-standard return policy time even if item
was not used. Your are only allowed a standard return policy if you pay $50/year. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
