Bought a laptop here. They do their best to provide great customer service. Most are knowledgeable enough. The young bucks have a couple years to go to be able to answer the tougher questions
Absolutely the worst service ever! I received a store credit for a printer that would not connect to my internet. When I tried to use it for an item they advertised, it wouldn't work. Told I have to go back to the store and it probably was not activated. Couldn't talk to someone in the Rochester store. So much hassle, so much run around, so much lack of service and responsibility. Never will use them again.

Amount of merchandise is down, but in store customer service is great.
