Abdullahi M from the Rochester store was exceptional! My family and I came in 20 minutes before close (I know, we suck), but regardless, he was so helpful. My brother was looking for a specific laptop, and unfortunately they were out of stock, but Abdullahi went out of his way to offer many other buying options and even got us free shipping to our house and helped with getting a student discount! He was very friendly and pleasant and was chatting with us the whole time. Overall best experience I have ever had in a Best Buy!

Never say never.
I will NEVER go to another Best Buy store again. I called to get an iPad repaired. Guy on the phone said yes, come on in. So I grabbed a Uber and proceeded over. When I got there, they tell me a completely different story. “We can’t help you.” I said I just called, the guy says, I know. We can’t help you. So, I Uber back downtown. NEVER again!!
Don’t waste your money on this piece of shit business.
Update:
When I called at 10:23 this morning, the guy on the phone told me a text was coming, and it never came. He had my cell number because I called him with my cell, and he verified the number to me. He was supposed to send me an appointment link but never did. So, I just grabbed a uber and went over.

I purchased a printer from best buy on August 21 and was told by the salesperson that they didn't have any in stock. So he ordered one and it was supposed to be delivered the next day August 22. Today is August 25 and it is still not here.
