Sales person was extremely helpful
Sold product with free install. Then had NO tech to install. Call store number and get Corprate representative. Have tried evey other month over a year to get it installed and if it doesn't work for them, they just hang up on you!!! Do NOT buy ANYTHING from them!! They DON'T give a ×*#+ about you!! Wish there was like negative star rating to give them. If there are 1 to 5 stars, there should be 0 to -5 to pick from! I'd do -3.

Welcoming staff. Large airy building. We'll staffed. Friendly. Large beautiful display of TV set. Checkout was a bit abrupt. Didn't discuss replacement program.
