If you have a complaint or want to talk to a manager. Do not bother with the Rochester MN location. Called and asked to talk to a manger and got the run around. The person who answered the call would not connect me to a manger. I was told I had to physically come into the store to talk to a manager. Made the trip onto Best Buy and waited 45 minutes an no would was willing to talk with me. Sat my butt down on the floor in front of the entry way and this make the girl at the checkout uncomfortable until I was asked to leave. Amazon.com has much better customer service and willing to talk with you. I do not understand how a manager can refuse to talk to a customer. That is what they are there for.

I ordered a computer monitor through the Bet Buy website and it said the monitor was to be delivered to the store on December 24. I did not get a confirmation e-mail saying it was ready for pickup on the 24th like they said, so I went to the store to check on my delivery (Because you can not get a hold of anyone at the store if you try to call). It was not there so it was not ready. Strike 1. They said there was a delay due to the holidays and it would be ready for pickup on December 31. December 31st came and still no monitor delivered to the store. Strike 2. They said it was delayed longer and it would be ready for pickup on January 7 and I will get a notification that it would be ready for pickup. January 7 came and again no monitor. Finally on January 8 I get an e-mail from Best Buy that the monitor I ordered through their website was out of stock and would not e delivered so my order was cancelled and supposedly I will be refunded for my purchase. Strike 3 your out Best Buy. To top it off, the monitor I ordered is still for sale on the Best Buy website and says it can be delivered to the store in 4 DAYS!! Best Buy is the last electronics store I will go to to buy any electronics and I urge Best Buy to get things on track and get back to being a respectable company. Best Buy has lost another customer.
