These guys are great. Very helpful and friendly. I struggled for months with corporate to get an online order refunded that was lost in the mail - these guys handled it in 15 minutes. Only downside is, it’s impossible to call the store. You have to go through five automated prompts and say the exact right things to avoid getting transferred to the corporate Best Buy. When finally getting a hold of someone, they couldn’t even transfer me to the department that I needed to speak with about a simple question (if my car was ready), and the call was dropped.
Good place to get electronics... If it's in stock. We mostly buy from them online.
Terrible customer service. A used car salesman would have been a better experience.

I'd like to mention a wonderful Best Buy employee at the Rochester Minnesota store #14. Bryan took the time to help me and get me exactly what I wanted to at the store. Bryan is amazing and so customer service-oriented. He should get an award for the employee of the month. I love to shop at the brick and mortar store in Rochester, Minnesota, because of wonderful employees like this.
