Called the number listed and was directed to a virtual agent. Told them I wanted to talk to someone at the store but they couldn't transfer me to them. So who/what number am I supposed to call for instore assistance? Ps they answered with I don't know.

I am writing to formally escalate an issue regarding my remote starter purchase and installation experience, as well as the unprofessional conduct of one of your supervisors.I purchased a remote starter during your Black Friday promotion and scheduled an initial installation appointment. On the day of that appointment, approximately one hour before the scheduled time, I was contacted and asked to reschedule due to a delay in receiving the required part. This call came after I had already left work and taken time off specifically for the appointment. The appointment was rescheduled, and once again, I arranged my work schedule and took time off because the new appointment was set for today at 2:00 PM. Unfortunately, I received another call today informing me that the appointment needed to be rescheduled again and pushed to January 21, citing technical issues.In addition to the repeated cancellations, I am extremely concerned about the way this situation was handled. The individual who contacted me today identified himself as a supervisor named Jush. His behavior during the call was very rude, unprofessional, and discourteous. He dismissed my concerns, stated “this is what we have,” and abruptly hung up the phone with feeling of discrimination against me 😔. This level of communication is unacceptable and does not reflect appropriate customer service standards.I am requesting that this issue be escalated with the following goals: 1. Improvement of customer service processes, particularly regarding scheduling reliability and timely communication, especially when customers take time off work. 2. Improvement in employee behavior, including proper training on professional communication, conflict handling, and respect when dealing with customers. I value your products and expect a level of service that aligns with that quality. I would appreciate a formal response addressing this matter and outlining any steps being taken to prevent similar experiences in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this issue.

Very friendly workers, I was having a terrible day and how nice they treated me even though I walked in not realizing I had makeup running down my face made a huge difference and was so greatly appreciated. Was disappointed there were no Pokémon cards but that's been typically the scenario everywhere.
