Friendly and helpful staff, great prices on open box products
Bought two apple watches at the Rochester, MN Best Buy. The sales person was not very helpful. I had to look up online to let him know that what I wanted, was in stock. Also, there were very few samples available to look at. There was only the med/lg size wrist band available to try. There were no sm/med samples. I was told that I had to buy it first to look at it and try it on. This is poor store policy. We have purchased all of our electronics at Best Buy, and this was the first time that I was unimpressed by the service.
Tried to return a defective purchase and they wouldn't take it back because it was more than 14 days after purchase. I told them I would never be back.
