This is not my usual Best Buy location, but the app informed me that they had an open box item I was interested in. The staff was quick to ask me if I needed help, and quick to provide it. Pulling the open box item from wherever it was stored was prompt and efficient, and the transaction went way faster than I'm used to at Best Buy. Two guys put this washing machine in the back of my car for me and off I went. I don't give out five stars much, but I just can't really think of anything anyone could have done better on this trip. In addition to good attitudes and helpfulness all around, they were also attentive to my suggestions regarding details of wrapping the item up and loading it in the car. They would have figured it out fine without me, but it was nice to be listened to.

I called and spoke to Darrel Larsen. Not only did he resolve my inquiry regarding a laptop purchase-he found me an even better deal than I had found myself. I was able to get in the store, state my needs (per Darrel) and purchase the product all within 5 minutes. Excellent.

Paid for fridge install and old fridge to be removed We had it all ready The installation people refused to install even though we paid for installation And they they left with the new fridge and without taking the old one What ever you do don't buy appliances from best buy with install because they won't install This is theft and I will be calling a lawyer on this company for wasting my time and charging for i install and then not installing fridge Best buy leading fraud in America
