Be wary of their 'Free Delivery". My 50 inch TV was left in a unlocked vestibule of the large apartment building I live in. No attempt was made to ring my apartment. I found out it was there when I received a text saying it was left in a "safe location".
That was also a day later than I was told it would arrive.
Oh, and the Customer Service line was useless.

My computer screen had dead pixels (little boxes everywhere.) We had previously taken it to a different Best Buy and they were unable to help us so we made an appointment for the Roseville location. The appointment started on time. He told us it needed a new mother board but I absolutely needed the computer for a VA class I'm taking for the next 4 weeks. He was able to "dumb" the computer down so I could use it. Then we'll bring it back because they have to send it in which takes approximately 4 weeks. I'm just very thankful for their Geek Squad!

I mean it's best buy. You know what you're getting when you go there. They're never done me wrong at this specific location
