I was in the Best Buy in Branson deciding between a laptop and a desktop for simple home PC use to replace a very old PC. Very good hired help. I think his name was Josh. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Finally decided a desktop PC would be best but they didn't have it in stock. He said it could be shipped to my place no charge and would arrive in a few days. It was shipped from 300 miles away and in fact arrived the very next day. Outstanding service, and the new PC looks like it's going to be fine. Why one star? Because when I unboxed the PC I immediately noticed the old monitor's VGA plug is too old for the world of HDMI. This PC was for a neighbor with slow internet and I only had my phone to search. Idea! I'll just call Best Buy and get Josh to sell me a monitor and ship it to me! And that is when it all fell apart. If you call your local Best Buy you get shunted to an AI agent. Confuse it enough and it will transfer to a cutomer service rep (who, from the accent was way off local) and was informed that, no, I could not call a number that would ring at the Best Buy I was at just yesterday. That is how the new system works. PISSED! So I resolved the issue the way most people would: Hello Amazon!

3 people in that entire store actually help you Also there IT guys like to put a lot of crap on your system will take time to remove but you will notice a big performance boost and temps cooling down idk what all crap they put into the software but best bet usb clean windows. Again only 3 people there are actually worth talking to for help the rest will see you as money.

These stores have become a skeleton of their former selves and this one was no exception. It's sad to see this happening because I used to purchase most of my electronics and media from these stores and now they have such a limited variety.
