I bought a new computer. I called because my win 365 wasn't even on here. I finally, after trying to understand a deep voice with a slur, I saw where it brought everything over from my older computer and moved win365 to my new one. It reads, "Free trial was over in August of 2024." Regardless, when I bought the computer, it read " Free trial to Microsoft 365." So, now I guess I can't get it now. I apologize, but I am not sure the salesperson knew much about the computer because they just read stuff that was on the box of that computer. It came with a keyboard and mouse. They sold me another keyboard because it was wireless. All I have of my wireless is a broken mouse that makes it all useless. Now I have a cord. I live in Harrison, and the drive back is 90 minutes. I asked what to do, and she said to make an appointment. I am taking it back, and I will let them know that they are no help. Then. She hung up on me. Best Buy is the #1 place for electronics. Hands down. But service is not so good. They need to inspire their employees to want to do better. I know, blah, blah. Incentives?
