Great service. Horrible phone system. None existent phone system. Noway to see if they carried an item.

Staff was awesome. Answered questions, made suggestions, and even walked is to the opposite side of the store for an item we missed. If I lived closer, I would visit much more often. Thanks Geek Guys. Ya'll were the best...
The contact/call center scheduled my appointment weeks in advance. Then, about 3 hours before the appointment, we called to verify that everything was still set and were assured that it was. My wife and I both took leave from work and drove 2 hours to the appointment, only to find out that the installer was actually off that day.
Thankfully, Terry stepped in, handled the situation professionally, and helped get us rescheduled for the following week. We truly appreciate his help. Hopefully, the call center can improve its coordination moving forward, as this situation caused us to miss work and make an unnecessary long drive.
Do NOT shop at Best Buy or as I like to say “best rip-off.” They charged me twice for the same service and now they can’t seem to figure out how to refund me for the duplicate charges. Additionally, their lines for Geek Squad are hours long! Not worth it.
