Dishonest lying hacks. They sold me a TV under "excellent" condition. They manger said it wasnt a store display and probably just returned from a previous customer. That was a 100% lie. I bought it and saw over 8000hrs of us plus serious burn in images. Do not trust these people.

Garbage company garbage policies misleading advertisements and poor in-store customer service.. had a kid ask me if I needed help I told him what I needed help with and he said I don't know about any of those products ... then just walk away from me.. well okay if you didn't want to help me then why did you ask or you could have at least offered to get me someone that was knowledgeable about what I was looking at.. longtime fan of Best buy and now my taste is soured after I poor customer experience at this store. I went home and cut up my Best buy card and will no longer be doing business with them. At this point I might as well just get everything off of Amazon like everyone else what's the point of shopping in store if you can't have people knowledgeable about the products and can't honor what you advertise.
