I was in Branson Mo. location on a Monday morning looking at tv’s and could not find anyone to help me. Common place in retail anymore.

Audio install bay is top notch and does really nice quality work. A great alternative for other audio installs in the area
Every time I go to this store there’s always 4-5 employees visiting with each other at the entrance to the store, they always greet you and ask if they can help you find anything, then tell you they’ll be back to help you in just a moment- only they never come to help you! You then have to spend another 15 minutes trying to find someone and get someone’s attention to help you find something or get something down. I’ve even intentionally interrupted their personal conversations and they still tell me “they’ll send someone back to help me” . Why can’t they help me?? They’re obviously not busy WORKING!
