Agree with earlier reviews that characterized a visit to this store as watching employees lean on counters and talk with each other. Meanwhile I used the app to locate the section where I was looking for a laptop. Decided not to purchase - walked past the employees visiting at the front (again) and exited the store. Not one word from an employee in the entire 15 minutes I was there. This helped me decide to buy my laptop on Amazon. Not the end of the world - just curious that a brick and mortar store would be so presumptuous. Nuts.
I appreciate the response from you all but why would I want to take the time document my less than ideal visit to your location?

Awful customer service after purchase...store and call center!!! Lack of customer service at a call center where one is almost unable to understand the representative. Not to mention that if the representative doesn't want to deal with you they send you to someone else you can barely understand. And, if one of them decides they don't want to speak with you they give you the number to the store...aka, the call center and another person you can barely understand! The number online is also to the call center! So, if you want to actually speak to someone whom you can understand and who might actually be willing to help assist you with a store issue...get the store's direct line when you make your purchase!!!

Of all the Best Buy's I've shopped at, this place is by far the best! Best customer service, helpful employees, and care in educating consumers! If it wasn't a 3 hour drive, I would shop at this place on the regular!! Fayetteville-learn from their example! You are why we go elsewhere if we can!!
