Not a good experience.
Initially went in for an expanded storage for a security camera base. I had the unit and instructions with the item requirements. Nothing in stock, ordered one that was nowhere near close. 2nd visit clerk found one in stock at $450 on the shelf. Get it to the register it's $1500. Also purchased a tablet that had been on sale the day before . Not only did they not honor the sale price (not necessarily expected because the sale was over), but they charged me an additional $30 over the regular price. Talked to a manager during the third visit to get my $30 back. She listened to what I had to say, and then someone else walked in and she hurried me done, and excused herself off to them. No concessions made whatsoever and a half assed apology. I'll probably look for a different electronics store for my needs.
Took my Mother to purchase a laptop ... The store clerk who helped us was friendly and willing to help us navigate through the differences to help choose the correct laptop for her needs. Then, made sure all applicable discounts/specials were applied at checkout! I appreciated the professional service provided.
We took our computer to be fixed ended up buying a new one spent the money to have it fixed and have them set it up in our house they totally didn’t do it and if you call the number it’s another country and they don’t speak English I will never again deal with them please be careful
