Best Buy of Branson was a pleasant experience. There were a couple of customer reps at the door waiting to assist customers as they came in. We were greeted and asked if we needed help. We knew exactly what we needed so we were in there less than 15 minutes. The same person assisted us through the entire process and explained the perks of everything since we are members of the protection plan they offer. The store was clean and uncluttered unlike other Best Buy stores I have been to. The price was comparable to just about any other place we would have gotten the item.

Went here for a Pokemon release. They allowed someone to cut most of the line and did nothing about it. As a person of color I’m 100% sure if I did the same thing I would’ve been thrown out of the store. Don’t shop here if you’re a minority they do NOT have your best interest at heart and won’t even stand up to orderly conduct that is expected. Recommendation: Hire better employees and a more diverse group that have also have a spine to them to do their jobs. Terrible experience, will literally never go back to Branson after seeing the true face.

Customer service is wack. Not even comparable to how great microcenter is. Goods are overpriced. Geek squad is the worst and snobbiest service I've ever had. Go somewhere else for repairs.
