They sold me a broken washer. It looked new didn’t look like a returned item, but the one they pulled for delivery was scratched and doesn’t work. It displays “inlet error” code and won’t complete the cycle. Trying to get a return is a nightmare. They are even trying to charge me $50 haul away fee for something that doesn’t work. Where has common sense gone? I think it’s the end of the road for me and Best Buy.
