The black girl was incompetent and can't understand or help with anything. all their TVs have missing items and can't be returned. Badly run store! Walked out and will go to Costco instead

GPU release. First in line. They only have 1. They sell it to the person behind me because my rep didn't grab it fast enough. Manager told me I was SOL and that I should have pointed it out to the rep faster. Be better guys. Best my butt.

I bought an open box OLED tv for my mother for Xmas as a surprise. Everyone in the Best Buy greeted me warmly and offered to help me carry it to my car. However, after installing the tv in her house I tried turning it on, but the remote didn’t work. It kind of ruined the surprise and I had to go purchase a working magic LG remote, which obviously cost me more time and money. So buyer beware.
