Crazy you can’t contact the store customer service worthless.Don't buy open box cell phones from Best Buy they don’t check them at all.

Got a new computer desktop and a new Roku tv
I went tonight to purchase a dryer. I walked into the store at 7:07pm, past two employees who looked away when I walked by. I went to the dryers and stood there for 50 minutes without any help, or an offer to help. After about 12 minutes I decided to see how long it would take for someone to ask if I needed anything or why I was sitting on the dryer. I was passed by several times without a word. I finally approached the front desk and asked the girl if they talk to customers or if the customer has to approach them. I did not get help. She said she could put me in the queue. Mind you it was late evening and there were multiple groups of employees just standing around talking. I wouldn’t normally post something like this, but I thought it was quite ridiculous. I do not plan to return to that store.
