They went above and beyond with their service. We had to change vehicles to pick up a TV . Jay and Jude ( im sorry if I got the names wrong ) were able to give us our order even a few minutes after closing time. Even helped load it! This shows the care for their customers ❤️

Absolutely no way to get to speak to my local store! I Pay for my total plan and get put on hold and then transferred to Abdule from some other country who can’t even understand English when I need customer service!

Best buy TV was and is really great but the guys, send by Best Buy, to install the TV, stole / robbed from us, that was not so great and Best Buy did not care.
