Best buy TV was and is really great but the guys, send by Best Buy, to install the TV, stole / robbed from us, that was not so great and Best Buy did not care.

Crazy you can’t contact the store customer service worthless.Don't buy open box cell phones from Best Buy they don’t check them at all.
