Didn't have what we were looking for. Very kind staff.
Buying experience was "okay" but DONT call for questions about a pick up order. They ask for way too much information (your order number should be enough if you have an account with them and call from your registered phone number it's even easier) and then they don't give you accurate information. They told me my order was still at the warehouse still and couldn't be picked up, and as soon as I got off the phone the person I sent to pick it up called and said they were loading it up at the store now. So it's much easier just to go in than deal with the people on the phone.

I live 1 and a half hours away, I'm currently trying to call the store, been waiting to talk to somebody going on about 20 mins, do they ever answer the dang phone.

This was our second visit to Best Buy.
Last week, we went to Best Buy to pick up a laptop we ordered over the phone from a person who said he worked for Best Buy. Got to the store to find out that the guys over the phone didn't really know anything about computers. We spent about $1,000.00 for a laptop that they didn't have, bought more memory when the laptop we ordered couldn't take more memory. So last week we bought the computer and was told to come back today to pick it up and it would be ready.
After a call from the store in Cape Gerardeau that our computer is ready to be.picked up, we got there to find out that the computer didn't have the Microsoft package installed that I paid for last week, or my contacts, or my apps like dropbox, and a few other apps I bought. Why they called me to say my new computer was ready was a mystery? I spent 4 hours in the store to have everything done. The people I dealt with last week weren't there today. The manager and the Geek Squad person made everything right. They also told me to go to their store and not buy anything from the Best Buy over the phone. They said that the over the phone people are terrible because the company hires people that dont know anything about computers and gives them minimum wage.
So that's what my experience with Best Buy was like. The next time I go there, you or I should have to remember to first have 2 or 3 drinks. Maybe by doing that, your or my experience would be better!
