They didn't have anyone assist me in the area I was needing. They stood up by the door and one other guy was helping someone at the register. I always liked Best Buy but they lost some $ that day .

Walk in past a group of associates having personal conversations at the door. No hello how are you nothing. Walk around a min to see if I could get some assiatance. Still none. I see one walk up to a lady ask her if she is ok and walks past me once again. I try to find someone myself and at this point I don’t want to spend my money with you. I just wanted the kids tablets. But I bet he would have made up an excuse then too to get back to talking with his friends. Employees needs training on customer service. It’s horrible.
