I bought a tv on line. The web site said it would be ready for pickup in 1 hour. 5 hours later went to the store and wasn’t ready for pick up. Than the person that figure how to get my tv told me the receipt would be emailed. Still waiting the next day. This store is no better than Walmart. Sad

Came in to buy a phone and was constantly being asked to switch to a new carrier. I just wanted to buy an unlocked phone outright. I didn't say no once or twice but 5 times that I don't want to switch. When I do finally get the phone I am just trying to leave as fast as I can and while checking out this high school age employee comes up and is literally begging me to sign up for a credit card. He's doing this as I'm trying to check out standing there with my wife and infant. I said no to him more than 5 times and he still kept at it! Saying "come on man it's slow and I need one more" like that was some how my concern. I leave and get home only to find they gave me the wrong model of phone. These employees here are more of an annoyance than they are helpful being unable to perform the basic duties of their job. This is the last purchase I will ever make at this location.
