How do I check product availability at the Chesterfield Best Buy?

Best Buy needs to work on the website when it comes to availability and inventory of their products. The website is very confusing and needs to be changed to better display the products and services available to all customers.

Staff was next to non existent. Any visible were busy with customers. The few that passed buy acted busy and went to the employee only area. Took 45 minutes to be told that "gaming" class computer hardware is across the store from the computer section. Clean and fancy looking store though.

I am having an ongoing issue with my computer keyboard not working. I have been to the best buy in Chesterfield 3 times. Apparently the issue is caused by a recent Windows update. My appt yesterday was at 1:40. I had to wait until 3:05 until I was seen. I was told to either go to another Best Buy that wasn't so busy or leave my computer and I would get back in 5 days! Very disappointing!
