The gentleman with the shaved head and beard that handles car audio installs is perhaps the rudest “professional” I have ever met. I walked in for my appointment and neither a word or eye contact was made until I said hello and was met with a hostile and gruff “I see you, wait.” He then proceeded to interrogate my choice of equipment I had selected and then called me halfway through the install to let me know that a part that was recommended would not in fact fit my car. Where was THAT line of questioning my friend? Absolutely ridiculous. Stay far far away

This Best Buy location is incredibly frustrating. No one is ever nearby to request help when I need something from a locked case. When I finally find a Best Buy employee (typically just standing around up front, doing nothing) they'll just use their headphones to call someone else over to help and then no one will show up! In addition to their horrible customer service, it takes a decade to actually check out or return an item. I've seen an employee help one customer for 10-15 minutes as the check out line grew exponentially, several times. I don't understand why anyone in their right mind shop at Best Buy in general. Their internal communication and customer service is absolutely horrible.
