Purchased an LG natural gas dryer from the Columbia Best Buy. Delivery and installation were scheduled — three weeks out!! And now, a day after installation, our old dryer still sits in our driveway and I was today told it will not be picked up for two more days Unacceptable Compounding the issue is a customer service contact system that is almost impenetrable. There appears no way to talk directly to the local store management and the national service center seems incapable of doing anything but working a computer appointment screen and saying “The best we can do ….” The best you can do is not good enough. Taking four days to complete a delivery, installation and haul-away of a simple dryer is not the “best” you should be able to do. Best Buy has lost me as a customer.

Hello, I don’t ever write reviews but I just wanted to share my experience. I purchased a Sony Xp700 online for an event I had upcoming last weekend. The guaranteed delivery date was Friday and my event wasn’t till Saturday. I thought this would work out perfect. Next thing I knew my package was delayed and Ups could no longer give me an estimated delivery. I’ve been working with customer service the last 5 days trying to get a refund. I finally managed to get it and now BestBuy is refusing any discount/compensation for the speaker I’m looking at. I feel as if I deserve something for my time, money, patience, and the fact it’s their fault, they missed the guaranteed delivery date. It’s unfortunate I’ve had such a negative experience.

I bought a tcl 65 inch tv and purchased an extended warranty in November 2024. It started having problems within a week. With thanksgiving and Christmas I just thought I would wait. Wrong answer waited just over the 30 day mark and Best Buy said that I could not return the tv, not only that but because it was under a year old I would have to go through the manufacture TCL, even though I bought the extended warranty. They stated that the extended warranty started after the one-year warranty of the manufacturer. So I contacted TCL and that was in January and here we are in March and after many conversations with TCL they sent out A repair person that replaced parts. Lo and behold that was on Tuesday, March 18 after the repair person left. The TV began doing the same thing. I contacted the repair person and they said, unplug it and plug it back in which I did and it’s still continued to do the same thing so the repair person wrote on the ticket that it was still having problems. I called Best Buy, hoping that they would have an answer and that they would help out being that I bought the TV there and that I bought the extended warranty. No they said I have to go through the manufacturer so between TCL and Best Buy. I will no longer purchase a TCL nor shop at Best Buy. I shopped Best Buy in Jefferson City because of the manager there and even drove to Columbia because he went there. That was years ago and he’s now become like a regional manager or district manager Now I do not get the same customer service that I once did. I am sorry, Best Buy but I will never buy from Best Buy again. You do have great prices, but some of the products are inferior and frankly not worth my time thank you
