I just purchased a new apple phone yesterday with their in store Verizon rep. told me my old smartphone would be applied to the purchase of my new phone. All I had to do was log in to my verizon account and go to trade ins. However, he has removed my old device from under my account! When i go to enter a new device trade in it only says it will give me 83.00 and not the 830.00 that the in store rep told me. Don't use this store go to a real verizon store. Update: Since I last wrote I've been on the phone with Verizon who informed me that the Verizon Rep at Best Buy was not honest with me. He told me that my trade in would give me a 830.00 credit on my account, however that is not true. The Verizon customer service person that I spoke with said that my phone is not eligible for that deal. I would never have purchased the phone, from Best Buy, with this information. On top of all this I had to pay a 45.00 restocking fee. Don't go to this establishment, dishonest people.

We just bought a home theatre system and how lovely was the experience with one of the members Tresca. Such high and quality service.In all the times i walked here never had someone who understands and keeps the customer interested.Seems like she enjoys her job.To all the people who are looking forward to come here i'll suggest going to her for help.

My experience was amazing thanks to Tresca from the LG section. Went there twice and I have never been happier meeting a new person, I am glad we crossed paths. She is very informative, very fun, quick and very approachable. She made me feel so comfortable and happy. Make sure you say Hi when you go over there. She is a very cool person.
