How do I check product availability at the Independence Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Some stores may have different hours where required by local ordinances or landlord regulations. Mall-based Best Buy store hours may vary based on mall hours. This store sold my mom a used cell phone with Verizon then accused her of lying about the phone being used. She is a senior citizen and this is not acceptable. The phone the Verizon rep sold her had a random ladies Facebook and instagram along with many apps downloaded! If you want good customer service with a cell phone go to the Verizon store. This store is terrible!

Staff are great the staff at the phones not so much they more or less look at you with a blank stare when you ask questions. Very poor customer service on their part but rest of stuff were great!

There was a younger fella working the TV entertainment area. It’s a huge disservice I can’t remember this guys name. He went above and beyond to help get me everything I need for my TV Wall. If anybody goes to this location to buy a TV, HUNT THIS YOUNG MAN DOWN!!! He’ll hook you up!
