The girl with the red hair at the checkout was not pleasant. She clearly didn’t want to be at work, let alone be bothered by a customer trying to buy something. I had a price match, which absolutely ruined her entire day, because she had to get a manager to approve it (this is normal, btw). The manager wasn’t any more pleasant. He stopped out of his hiding spot and looked like it was a negligence of commerce to need his presence for anything either. The best part was the guy tried to convince me that Nebraska Furniture Mart wasn’t the one selling the thing I was price matching, and insinuating it was a marketplace seller, even though the website literally said “pick up in Kansas City today.” and also the part where NFM does not have marketplace sellers on their site. I got what I went in for ultimately, but the customer service was very bad. Maybe there shouldn’t be employees trained/allowed to be jerks about Best Buy policies being utilized by customers.

I had an issue with a Roku tv and had to return it for a replacement. The staff made it easy, and everything went smoothly. In a few minutes I had my replacement tv and was on my way. I will return to this Best Buy location.
