Did some online research before going to the store. Bought what I was looking for at a decent price.
Best Buy!.. maybe you should go to online only if you cant staff your stores. 50 min wait to get something that I ran in to get which should have taken 10 mins. Terrible service and the reason why I quit shopping there years ago.
Why wouldn't you start with an apology for wasting my time. Thats a pretty narcissistic things to say. Sure shows how much you value your customers. There was like 5 cars in the parking lot ( maybe a red flag). Its not me "wanting" assistance, its an expectation then when you go into an empty store, that you can pick up the 1 thing that you went to get. I would imagine you want me to post this to socials so other dont see it. 50 minutes for someone to unlock a cage and hand me an item is too much. Its pretty ridiculous..
