Prices wrong on shelves! Wrong item on shelf! Rude employees he told me the prices were wrong because it was retail! And he told me that he was not going to give me the 2026 model for the 2025 price! I did not ask him to do that! Worst experience ever! Independence Missouri ,Best buy

Alex, who I think works in computers was JUST amazing. He helped with two things, the tougher trying to make a modern sound bar work with an OLD Dynex tv. He looked up the specs, didn't mind the hassle and was just everything you could hope for!
