The geek squad guy was a total jerk! Very unprofessional and didn’t want anything to do with me. I’m sure any other service there is fine but if you’re looking for someone to fix your tech, don’t come here!

Top experience!!! Was helped out so much by jimmy, he put up with me for too long finding my boyfriend a Christmas gift!! Jonathon was also very helpful while checking us out and was so kind. Definitely my new best buy spot !!

We went to buy a washer paid for it then they said park by the exit they will bring it out we waited 20min they have a ton of workers in there I went back in waited another 20min then they said they couldn't find it waited some more they finally found one but it was reserved for someone else they weren't gonna let us have it but one of the head guys said these folks have already paid there money so let them have it after all that we finally got our washer!!! Apparently they need more employees cause the ones standing around aren't doing anything🤨 Probably won't be back going somewhere where we can get better service hopefully!!!
