The person to install the dishwasher and refrigerator and ice maker did not complete the job. After calling Best Buy the rep said the installer would be back on Friday. NOW the installer calls to say he will be here maybe in 3 to 4 days. I called Best Buy only to reach a call center and not the actual store I purchased items from.

I purchased a new desk top Mac computer, they were supposed to be here today (1/10/26) to set up and back up my old computer. I’ve called multiple times and always get put on hold and disconnected. They are telling me there are no available agents to set it up until late March . I am extremely disappointed in Best Buy and now have a new computer sitting in a box in my office. I wish we had other options other than Best Buy, worst customer service
