How do I check product availability at the Joplin Best Buy?

As I was looking around for what I wanted, an employee asked if I needed help. He took me over and showed me their selection. What I was looking for was on sale. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Do not expect any assistance in this store. When they do look up from their phones and make eye contact they then turn and rush away from you even if you signal for help. At the desk I ask if they carried a specific product and was told "I dont know but if we do it might be..." wouldn't even try a sku search on the computer in front of them. I had the website pulled up with a sku number avaliable. Very poor customer service here in joplin very sad to see.

I placed an online order over the weekend for an item that said it could be ready within just one hour, I went in 4 hours later to pick it up. “Leah” couldn’t find it on the pickup shelf and I informed her I did it same day and if it wasn’t ready that was okay I could even go pull it myself for her. From the get go she was not very nice explaining the WiFi was down. I said no worries that if she told me where the item was located I would get it myself and she up and refused to help me and told me to go look for it myself and that if we had it it’s be out there. I went to someone at the phone desk to help and they were very helpful.
