Trey was a very helpful guy. He answered my questions and got me what I needed. Sales guys can be so damned pushy, thanks for keeping it real my guy.
My husband and I are very disappointed with our experience here. We had asked several times for someone to come and
help us in the laptop section. We waited 15-30 minutes between each time we
asked. There were several employees standing around that could've assisted us. There was another couple standing in the laptop section waiting for help that were there before us!

I went here to buy an ipad for digital art and was told I would need to wait a while since they were quite busy. After about an hour, I found Joshua, who had just gotten done helping a customer with multiple purchases and he was the best employee I could have asked for. If youre looking for devices for art, Joshua is your guy. He was very frank with me on what I needed and gave me a lot of great advice on what to get and what not to get as a beginner in digital art. He was very genuine, understanding, and patient with me as he walked me through all the information and steps towards my purchase. Great multitasker as well; my excitable little brother was with me during the process and while Joshua was doing a great job with handling my order, he was also being kind to my brother and telling him about all the things he pointed at and wondered about at the same time. He even went as far as explaining computers to my brother and wishing us a good day before immediately helping another customer. Overall very refreshing interaction, I love to see it in stores like this. I hope management knows just how hard Joshua works with such a positive and helpful attitude. Thank you for making my big purchase feel so simple ❤️
Called the Geek squad to get my PC of a network. They told me to buy the monthly service and then cancel it afterwards. They said it wouldn't be an issue. 5 days later we get a call and told they can't fix it. Gave us a hard time about trying to charge us for maintenance. They said they made it run faster even though they couldn't get into the computer. Then the guy continued to lie. We demanded a refund and left. Will never do business with people that lie and have no idea what they are doing.
