I want to preface by saying Uriah's customer service was incredible and if I had dealt only with him then my review would be 5 stars.
As far as the rest of the employees we encountered they were unkind and unhelpful, making us feel bad for trying to find a deal on a new phone we would be interested in buying. Thanks to Uriah's service we were able to find a deal on the phone we wanted and were happy with price wise too.
After we made our puchase we were making sure we had our receipt and an employee that has been mentioned in other reviews: Glasses, blonde, nose ring, came up and said we could sit while we wait then called a customer to the register we were standing at immediately after forcing us to move. When we approached her again she whispered obscenities under her breath and continued to be rude.
I have purchased phones at this best buy for over a decade. Today, we purchased a new phone and got a credit card. Maybe we'll use it again if we can recieve some better customer service.
