I placed an online order over the weekend for an item that said it could be ready within just one hour, I went in 4 hours later to pick it up. “Leah” couldn’t find it on the pickup shelf and I informed her I did it same day and if it wasn’t ready that was okay I could even go pull it myself for her. From the get go she was not very nice explaining the WiFi was down. I said no worries that if she told me where the item was located I would get it myself and she up and refused to help me and told me to go look for it myself and that if we had it it’s be out there. I went to someone at the phone desk to help and they were very helpful.

Employee I talked to knew nothing about the products they sell and walked off like he was irritated to help so it's worth driving to a different store

Terrible customer service not once did I get asked if I needed any help. When I asked rudely said I’m busy not a fan will be taking my business elsewhere
