Arrived for three things. Laptop, all-in-one desktop and cell upgrade. They couldn't help with any of them as they were out of stock on everything we were after. If you're going to have a brick and mortar retail store you need to stock the shelves.

We had the worst experience we’ve ever had in a store here. The store was struck by lightning and their systems were down, which is not their fault. However, when we walked in the door two employees greeted us and neither one told us about their issue. Instead, we wasted time looking around and getting our products before being told we couldn’t use a debit card. So we left. We called the next day and had to talk to the call center because you can’t talk directly to a store any more. They said they called the store and that their systems were working again. So, I placed an order to go pick up. I get to the store and lo and behold their system is still down. The two gentlemen I talked to first at least cared, but the manager that has always been rude, I believe his name is Armand or something like that, started talking to me and basically said not my problem, deal with it. He refused to do anything to help and tried to convince me that if I cancelled my order that the funds would immediately go back to my debit card. That’s an outright lie, debit cards don’t work that way, it takes days for a pending authorization to be removed. I get that it was probably a hard couple of days, but this guy is always rude and to pretty much say too bad so sad was just ridiculous. The customer service here is nonexistent.
