I shop at this store frequently and spend a significant amount of money here throughout the year. Unfortunately, my experience today was extremely disappointing.
The young woman working at the front register was rude not only to me, but also to her coworkers and other customers. Her tone, comments, and overall behavior were highly unprofessional. I did not catch her name because she was the only employee I noticed without a name badge. She had dirty-blonde hair, a nose ring, and a music-note tattoo on her left arm.
She was slamming items around, making disrespectful comments under her breath, and speaking negatively about employees and customers within earshot of everyone nearby. She openly criticized customers who were standing approximately ten feet away, discussing them disrespectfully with other employees. She also spoke rudely and directly to those customers regarding something they were doing with their package.
While I was waiting for a manager to approve a price match, she made comments suggesting that I was being cheap for trying to save five dollars. No customer should be mocked or made to feel uncomfortable for requesting a legitimate price match.
After calling for the manager twice, she began savagely, criticizing the manager, saying she did a poor job and would probably need to be called three or four more times. However, the moment the female manager arrived, her attitude changed completely, and she became polite and respectful to her face.
That sudden change made it clear that she understood her behavior was inappropriate. I have rarely seen an employee so openly disrespect customers, coworkers, and management, only to immediately change her behavior when a supervisor appears.
This type of conduct creates a toxic environment for both customers and employees. It is also concerning because, if left unaddressed, other employees may begin to believe that this behavior is acceptable, allowing it to spread throughout the workplace.
She clearly understood the job and the different elements better than most of the employees at the front and was acting as a leadership position while treating everybody this way, and wearing all this attitude.
My purchase history should show how often I visit and how much I spend at Best Buy.
Not only personal purchases, but for my businesses.
I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the situation. Customers and employees deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism.

We have been trying to get our washer repaired for over 10 days, and despite countless calls, we have still not received any response from Best Buy management. We have spent hours on the phone with Best Buy's customer service representatives, only to be repeatedly told that there is nothing they can do and that the issue must be handled by management, who never responds.
We purchased your most expensive washer along with the 5 year protection plan specifically to avoid situations like this. Instead, we have been left without a working washer, forced to rent one from Rent A Center at our own expense, while continuing to wait with no communication, no resolution, and no estimated repair date.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever encountered. A premium appliance and an extended protection plan should provide peace of mind, not leave customers stranded for weeks with no answers. The complete lack of urgency, accountability, and communication from Best Buy has been unacceptable. At this point, we have little confidence that anyone is taking responsibility for resolving this issue.
Went out of there way to help me find what I was looking for.
Had exactly what we was looking for. No help on the sales floor at all. Fast checkout. Service not impressive.
