I had been going through a lot with another phone company's customer service (12 hours on the phone and got no where, unexceptionable!) I walked into Best buy and Gilbert greeted me with a smile after seeing the frustration on my face. He let me pick what I wanted and went above and beyond helping me get it set up and changing phone carriers to Verizon. His patience and kindness and knowledge went above and beyond my expectations, especially after what I had been dealt with, with the other phone company. I appreciate Dilbert and I'm very grateful that he was there to help me. I believe he's a true asset to Best buy and his manager as well, I did not get his name however he kept coming up checking to make sure we were okay and if we needed any help, exceptional customer service with asmile is something you don't see much of anymore sadly. So I would like to thank Gilbert and his manager so much for their gracious kindness and going above and beyond to help me with my experience in Best buy! You guys truly Rock!
A company's product never make it 5 star. Their people do ! I took a bad laptop in for replacement and they didn't miss a beat ! Brad had my new one in my hands in 15 mins and Shawn explained AND SHOWED me why I should graduate to a tower if this laptop stumbles too. This is a very well staffed facility ! Ty Ken, Shawn and Brad !
It's was a painless experience, service was fast

Not even a real Best Buy. Even their logo is different than every other store in the KC metro. They don't offer recycling of electronics or other basic services you expect from a Best Buy.
