Best Buy Barrywoods Crossing

This store needs a cashier. Employees are busy following customers instead of working the checkout, which is all the way in the back. Simple purchases turn into a waste of time.

I went to Best Buy to switch my phone service from AT&T to Verizon, expecting a simple transfer. Instead, I wasted over three hours on something that should have been straightforward. The staff completely mishandled the process, failed to complete required documents, and misrepresented what was being done. Because of their mistakes, I spent hours on the phone with both AT&T and Verizon trying to fix issues that should never have happened in the first place. I was forced to spend more money than expected and lost an entire chunk of my day due to their incompetence. To make matters worse, I ended up going back to AT&T, but Best Buy was no help at all and told me to come back on another day. The manager, Kent, showed zero accountability and didn’t even attempt to offer compensation for the massive inconvenience or wasted time. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. Save yourself the headache and do not waste your time here. On top of everything, the store makes customers feel uncomfortable by closely observing everyone who enters.

Whomever laid out the design of this store needs fired. Who puts the checkout all the way at the back of the store?
