I was in the store yesterday to purchase a new laptop. i just finished school and did a lot of research to find a laptop that works for me. i went into this location several times for help and advice on my options and everyone was always very helpful! when i came to purchase the laptop my situation became unique because my parents were offering to fulfill the purchase, but they live quite far from me. Mike was very helpful in explaining my payment options, and we chose to try the new “pay by link” option- it did not work as fast or efficiently as we hoped, but everything was okay because Mike was incredibly patient and pleasant throughout the whole ordeal. In the end, we placed a pickup order that i was able to take home w me. I am very thankful that no one looked at me funny for being a young girl clearly short of computer knowledge in this store, and everyone was so lovely while i was stuck there (and a little stressed) for an hour and a half! i am also very pleased w my laptop and i will definitely be returning to this location and asking for Mike’s help!

Absolutely zero help with a damaged order issue talked to the general manager and another manager and they were like well we can't help you even though we packed your order and destroyed it
