Do not buy an TV from Best Buy. Over a year ago I tried to buy a TV from here. The TV was not in stock so I scheduled the TV to be delivered. 4 different times Best Buy cancelled the delivery the day of. I just got a refund and walked away.
Fast forward to present day. I gave them another chance and bought a different TV, this one was in stock. Hauled it home and set it up only to find that the right side of the TV was cracked. When trying to exchange it they were very rude about it. I had to call corporate headquarters in front of the store manager to get them to process the exchange.
