Terrible experience with Geek Squad!! Wrong part was ordered for phone repair but they only found out after they sent my son on his way for an hour and a half. They were then supposed to order the correct part, but never called and cannot get ahold of anyone to find anything out! I do not recommend this store!

Terrible service!! Ordered 2 tvs, one would not mount correctly on a porch so exchanged it for another one. Had to physically go in the store to make the transaction work because it was on hold. Promised me that did not change my delivery date. But there was no delivery date because they didn't even HAVE the tv they sold me. Even though I was getting messages about preparing for the delivery & install, I was never on their schedule. They had zero options besides a $6000 tv as an alternative. Had to cancel my transaction and walk away for their lack of ability to sell me a tv and install. Something that is done every day. And you can't call the store directly...no one will answer and you will get directed to customer care. To get anything done, you physically have to drive to the store. And I am a best buy member, so really unhappy with how this all went for me.

Wish their prices were lower as I was looking for a new TV, but they were much higher than other places I have looked. The staff were very friendly though.
