I am completely discouraged with Best Buy's customer service.
I ordered a product. It was to be ready for pick up 3/25/25. Short story, it was delayed in shipping. I never received a pick up email. So, I logged in and see it was received/ready to pick up. OK, I went today to pick up my item. It's larger than what I could wrangle into my vehicle. I parked in the pick up area. Contact the store and was told that I would have to come in. I asked if I could get assistance with bringing out the item, and was met with more questions. "You can't get it yourself" etc. I recently broke my foot, so yeah, I was just hoping for some assistance. Silence ensued and I made my way into the store. Item was brought out, placed on the counter and the cashier called "next". Kind of frustrating.

Certain times when items wouldn't be secured, may not fit, or there could be problems if the item were to be damaged due to improper movement in a vehicle we may not be able to help with loading it into your vehicle and recommend having it shipped or delivered to have it properly brought to your home.
