I use a wheelchair and everything is accessible very very nicely to accommodate parking and into the store and navigating around. service rep was knowledgeable in everything about wifi controlled rgbw lights.
I purchased a tv and I’m having problems with it. I called customer service and spoke to a very rude individual who told me it wasn’t possible to speak with someone at my local store. This is not a good business practice. Also, the previous year I purchased a vacuum cleaner on a Black Friday special. At Christmas when it was opened it was damaged. The store said they couldn’t help me and I’d have to reach out to the manufacturer for replacement parts. Whenever I’m in the store the employees are super friendly and helpful, but I guess they can’t stand behind what they sell.
Google says they close at 9. Their own website says they close at 9. They are in fact not open til 9. I guess we are making our own hours now.
I will never buy a computer from this place after I saw how my friend was treated. Back in the old days when you brought in your desktop they would blow out the dust and it would look clean, not this place!
