Went to Geek Squad at Best Buy for cellphone repair. Very nice, knowledgeable techs that gave me every option I had. This was refreshing. Highly recommend this location for technical needs.
I came into the store during peak hours, without an appointment. In spite of long lines, it took just about ten minutes to be waited on by a member of the Geek squad. I actually did not have anything wrong with my computer, but had a minor issue that was resolved in minutes. My Geek Squad member was Travis. Friendly, professional, and efficient. Being an older customer, he did not make me feel stupid!
Can't shop without being followed, just let me look around and look for what I'm shopping for. Your staff don't have to watch me everywhere I go.
