I guess Best Buy is self serve now unless you're buying a cell phone or gaming computer. We walked around looking at TVs for about 30 min. Mind you, there is staff
..they just look at you. No one greets you, asks if you need help...nothing. So once we figured out the TV we wanted was in the wrong place and got the price from their web site....went to the 3 staff standing chatting "do we just pick up those giant TVs. Or is there a system to pick up? What do we do?" Staff:"oh yeah, grab it" so after working retail for 30 yrs, kinda dumb founded. Like, your job IS ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. The 3 never stopped talking. We got a flat bed, pushed it to the front. Mind you, us getting the TV ourselves wasnt an issue, we just didnt know the rules. 2 years ago was the last TV I bought and they chased you like a hawk...things have changed. It would be nice if it was at least posted to "self serve". Even paying no one even greeted us. Strange experience. Might as well buy online...they dont wanna be there anyway. This was hard for me to write but true.
Didn't have the keyboard we wanted ( I think) we asked a guy. He looked at his phone and then just walked away. Went to NFM instead. They had what we needed
I really like the service every single time I come here. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help me find what I need. Even when no other store has what I’m looking for, Best Buy usually does. It’s consistently my go-to because I know I’ll get good service and leave satisfied every time.
