The people at the store were very nice, but dealing with their customer service is horrendous. I ordered a laptop that was not in stock so he said it would be delivered to me the next day. That morning I tracked it and noticed the address was wrong and it was being delivered to a different state! I called and the agent was very difficult to understand. I changed the address with her, but it didn't work. Ended up on the phone for hours trying to deal with their mess and finally just wanted to cancel the order but they couldn't even do that right. I will never use Best Buy again. I ordered the same one through Amazon and it was $50 cheaper and excellent delivery.

This review is more about Best Buys phone in Customer Service. I called and asked for the Geek Squad and after answering several unrelated questions I was transfered to sales. When I explained the reason for my call I was then transferred to a different department that was not the Geek Squad. I decided to search Google for a different Tech Support Co.

I went to the store to purchase a printer. I waited for assistance while 2 employees appeared to be socializing. Standing nearby I allowed them time to finish. They continued to talk. Another customer approached them about a problem. Both employees assisted that customer. I Walked to the front of the store to find someone to assist me. I could not find anyone to help. I walked back to the 2 employees and waited. One of the employees walked by me without offering assistance. I suspected this was the store manager. The other employee asked if I needed help. I told him what I wanted and asked him questions. He could not answer one of the questions. I asked him if he could find the answer to that question. He said there was no way he could get the answer for me. I then went to the front of the store and tried to talk to who I thought was the manager. Again I waited. When I told him I needed to get help he told me that he needed to go back to help someone else. I left the store and WENT TO OFFICE DEPOT! They were knowledgeable and provided excellent service!!! My recommendation DON’T GO TO BEST BUY!
