By far the WORST customer service EVER. The only person worth ANYTHING, is Mike who works in the PC Department.
I stood in the store for 20 minutes and watch these workers talk to people just to tell me and my family that they were to busy to check us out.
They literally haven’t did anything but run their mouths the whole time.
Need to do some clearing of your workers.

Great prices and quality products.
The people at the store were very nice, but dealing with their customer service is horrendous. I ordered a laptop that was not in stock so he said it would be delivered to me the next day. That morning I tracked it and noticed the address was wrong and it was being delivered to a different state! I called and the agent was very difficult to understand. I changed the address with her, but it didn't work. Ended up on the phone for hours trying to deal with their mess and finally just wanted to cancel the order but they couldn't even do that right. I will never use Best Buy again. I ordered the same one through Amazon and it was $50 cheaper and excellent delivery.

This review is more about Best Buys phone in Customer Service. I called and asked for the Geek Squad and after answering several unrelated questions I was transfered to sales. When I explained the reason for my call I was then transferred to a different department that was not the Geek Squad. I decided to search Google for a different Tech Support Co.
