I am completely discouraged with Best Buy's customer service. I ordered a product. It was to be ready for pick up 3/25/25. Short story, it was delayed in shipping. I never received a pick up email. So, I logged in and see it was received/ready to pick up. OK, I went today to pick up my item. It's larger than what I could wrangle into my vehicle. I parked in the pick up area. Contact the store and was told that I would have to come in. I asked if I could get assistance with bringing out the item, and was met with more questions. "You can't get it yourself" etc. I recently broke my foot, so yeah, I was just hoping for some assistance. Silence ensued and I made my way into the store. Item was brought out, placed on the counter and the cashier called "next". Kind of frustrating.

Customer service around the store is almost non-existent. No one was injured the computer area to help us, & the staff that we did see were more inclined to stand around & talk with each other than to ask if we needed help. There was a manager walking around that approached us to ask if we needed anything, but we didn't need help in the particular area we were in at that time. I had to ask the guy at the front door twice to get someone to help us with a phone accessories question. I live closer to the Barry Rd store, but thought the Liberty store would be better. I was wrong! Guess I'll stick to shopping on the website.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. This is now my closest Best Buy. Two that were nearer to my home have been closed. I do not like the drive, but the service and results have been good from the Liberty store.
