Do not shop at this Best Buy! They will scam you out of $180! I bought a Lenovo laptop during the no sales tax weekend. When I went to check out, I was told by an employee that if I sign up for the $29.99 membership, I will save an extra $150 on the laptop I purchased. I guess if you are a Best Buy member, then the laptop is at a discount. The employee promised me that it wasn’t a scam. Well, I still have not received my $150. I contacted customer support and they told me that the $150 discount should have been applied during check out. I cannot contact anyone over phone at this location.

Don’t buy ANYTHING from Best Buy for delivery, they use independent contractors who will NOT deliver your stuff on time and they’ll tell you “sorry about your bad luck” and then tell you it’s not their fault it’s the company that they decided to hire instead of UPS or FedEx or somebody reliable
