Walked in to buy an iPad, waited by the iPads for 15-20 min. It was like I was being intentionally ignored. Looks like someone else is getting my money.

Brought a computer in that was bought in the store to have diagnostics ran on the hard drive. This was August 6, on August 8, I was called by geek squad and there was an issue with the screen and it was broken since they broke the screen. They said they would fix the screen And it would be 4 to 6 weeks 4 1/2 weeks later I get a call saying that my computer is ready for pick up, but the screen is not repaired and all they told me was hard drive is not fixable. I show up to talk to a manager to find out what is going to be done about them breaking my screen after standing in line for over an hour they said they could still send off the computer to fix the screen, but it would be another 4 to 6 weeks. I then intern say hey the hard drive is bad so why don’t you just give me the money that it would’ve costed to fix the screen and I’ll just buy a new computer and have you guys transfer over the data from my old one to the new one while I’m patiently waiting after spending $800 on another new computer Store manager is completely rude and disrespectful so I chose to take old computer and new computer and just leave the store. I don’t know that I have ever been this upset and frustrated with a store before if I could give this rating negative stars I absolutely would will not return to this store until they’re properly staffed And have management that knows how to actually talk to people!
