Purchased $160 worth of ink, realized it was the wrong series after getting home. Tried to exchange for the correct ones and was told they couldn’t. Asked to speak to a manager and got the, “he’s not available for 45 minutes”. Best Buy lost a 30 year customer for life. Horrible customer service and non caring.

Purchased a dishwasher for my parents for Christmas and the technician installed it a couple of days later. However, he botched the installation and now our garbage disposal does not work and we are forced to wait a week and a half for another technician to come and fix it. Feels somewhat unfair, considering it was their fault to begin with.

Havent had issues with best buy until just now. I was trying to sell my used keyboard to this location after talking with customer service. They said it wouldnt be an issue for a trade in store credit. When i made the 30 minute trip I was told that since I hadnt bought the keyboard through best buy, I couldnt do it? Im just confused because I was able to trade in an ipad just two years ago with no issues, even though it wasnt purchased through bestbuy. Now unless policy changed, I dont understand why my trade in was invalid, even the customer service agent said it would be okay. Im more frustrated than anything.
