I usually don't write reviews, but don't buy refurbished electronics from best buy, the lack of care and kindness is appalling.
I ordered a used-excellent condition Google Pixel Watch 3 from Best Buy with their 2 year warranty. I get it, and upon trying to set it up, it asks me for a pin from the previous user. I message best buy support online, and get told I need to go in store to resolve the issue, which is a 20 minute drive. I message Google support, and they have nothing they can do, the error is on the part of best buy and I need to resolve it through them. I set up an appointment with the geek squad, and they say they can't do anything, I need to exchange the watch. However, they don't have my watch in store, I'd need to drive to a location another 20 minutes away. I do so, arriving at this best buy, and while they have the watch, it's not used, so I'd need to pay more money for it. I've purchased warranty that indicates if there is a problem with this watch, they would fix or replace it. I'm nearly in tears with the associate, but my only option is apparently to return it or spend more money on a new one. I'm grateful I got my money back, but after years of spending with best buy and the error being caused by their own negligence, it is crazy to me that they had the ability to resolve the issue and did not do so. After hours of troubleshooting and driving, I walked away with less than I started with. I will direct my spending elsewhere from here on.
