They’ve lost a long time customer. Customer service or help in general is gone. I bought a pair of headphones that never arrived. I have security cameras at all entrances of my home. I was told they were fixing it and they would reach out to get information to process my refund and at midnight I get an email that I am not getting help and to contact the police. Well I already did as soon as the package never arrived. Bestbuy still owes me money for the product and they have made it a living hell to simply get a product I purchased weeks ago that I still do not have. Do not go here. It’s a scam and they just steal your money

Horrible, I just went into the store and they keep saying someone was coming and every one just walk around. All the employees keep sending to someone else and no one show up in 15 min. That’s how they lost my business, I was going to buy a Apple Watch now will go to Sam’s or Costco.

Went in to grab a laptop. They had it in stock and for the listed price. Salesman was pushy and tried to rush me to purchase. Didn't care if it was right for me. Only question he asked was " Do you want it?" So the store was fine, salesman sucked. Maybe he was having a bad day.

I bought an out of stock Fitbit from the store after one of the store reps convinced me he could have it shipped to my home the next day. After checking the status of my order online the next morning, it appeared the device had been rung up as an in-store purchase instead of a home delivery. After 2 completely useless calls to BB customer service I trek'd over to the store to talk to a manager. After 15 -20 minutes of explaining what had happened (the rep happened to be there which helped). It was a thoroughly aggravating experience and huge waste of time. I should have just bought it on Amazon.
