I accidentally dropped my notebook, which is covered under an accidental damage protection plan, and I was instructed to visit the store to receive a replacement. However, the staff refused to process the replacement unless I paid an additional $1,000, claiming that the item is no longer being sold at the original price point. Consequently, they've lost a good customer.

I am so impressed with this location. I am a distance learning graduate student, and I have had multiple technology issues arise while attending school online. The gentleman at Geek Squad and the floor customer support have been extraordinarily helpful and came in clutch for me multiple times helping resolve my problems against a strict graduate deadline. I couldn't ask for more. I'll be back soon needing more help probably. See y'all soon! Thanks!
