So, obviously as far as pricing and selection go the web's got this place beat. The only reason I come here is for the customer service, and it looks like that might be on the outs as well. Needed a 5.1 reciver for the home theater system I'm installing. The sales guy, an older gentlman (nametag said "Tom") was VERY pushy and VERY clingy. After I had selected the product he kept tryna get me to check out even tho there were multiple other products I needed and I almost felt a little like he was following me. By far the worst experience I've had with a sales guy in awhile. Whole experience felt rushed and akward ( and usually I enjoy these types of expereinces). Hopefully this isn't a theme.

Bought a Tv, wall mount, and sound bar on December 1st along with an install fee. Was set up for December 6th from 2-5 but at 4:25 I got a call saying the wall mount was not delivered. Immediately called the help line, and was told the mount is delivered. But nobody can give me a re schedule date for 24 hours. I then go to the store to talk to somebody in person and the store manager says all she can see is the Tv is in Transit and the wall mount has been picked. I find this unacceptable because I’ve paid for the items and the extra install fee, it’s been 6 days, and I still have no idea where my purchased items are/or when they’re gonna arrive and be installed

It's a best buy. Haven't bought anything in years from one and that continues to be true. Anything you would want to buy from here you would be better off getting at microcenter.
