BEWARE THE TOTALTECH SCAM! There is a fee to sign up, a yearly fee, a fee for a trip out when there are issues, a fee for parts, a fee to install the parts, a fee to take the TV off the wall mount that we bought from THEM & THEY installed, a fee to put the tv back on the mount, then they start asking for MONTHLY fees for each item you buy ON TOP OF the yearly fee to keep their scam warranty going. When we had issues with two tv's that we bought at the same time, they demanded we pay TWO $110 TRIP FEES, one for each tv, to send one person out to have a look, even though the tv's are literally 15 steps away from each other in adjacent bedrooms. That's where we drew the line & cut ties Best Buy. I can see why they closed this location & other locations are dropping like flies. There will be no Best Buy in 10 years, and that's a good thing. Skip the TOTALTECH lie, save the fee money they charge & you'll just be able to buy a new TV from somewhere else & probably still have some extra money in your pocket.
