I've been a loyal customer for years Total membership, their credit card, the whole thing. So today really stung.
I walked in and was completely ignored. An employee looked right at me and just stared. No greeting, nothing. I stood there for ten minutes feeling like I didn't belong.
I'm not making accusations about why it happened. But no customer should ever feel like they're less than someone else — especially one who has supported this brand for as long as I have.

The audio installation of an amp and speaker hook up in my husband’s 2011 Toyota Tacoma was very good. The stereo has never sounded better.
I love the Best Buy. Every time I come here for a dash, they have the item IN STOCK! It is amazing! The employees are always friendly and helpful and don't hesitate to look for something that's showing in stock but in the wrong area. Please keep this place in business!
