Went to Best Buy to upgrade my phone. The lady at the front put us in a queue and was told to hang out and someone would be up. The two people working near the phones walked away. There was a group of 6 or more employees standing and talking near the computers. I waited for 25 minutes when one of the employees from the group asked if we need help. It was 1 hour and 40 minutes before close and he said they might not have time to do it. He then paged over the two employees who were at the phone counter who had walked away. We decided we would go somewhere else to upgrade. There were plenty of employees available who did not want to help.

I love Best Buy and their Geek Squad protection plan, which I have used multiple times.
Johnny is my go-to to guy when I have questions about pretty much any item they have... he has helped me multiple times throughout the years when I have had questions....
The Geek Squad is awesome, too, having helped me through their online system and in the store...
I think highly of this store and will continue to visit this location when I need assistance... and sometimes just stop by when in the area...
Justin D was an amazing help! He got us in and out very quickly, he was smart, swift and very intelligent about all the products we were asking about. Thanks Justin for your help!
