I went in on a Friday to schedule my Audio installation for my car and spoke with the head of the garage. We made my appointment for Monday morning and I asked if I could drop my car off Sunday evening because I work on Monday. He said yes, that's normal and I would just need to find the manager so he could open the garage and let me pull my car in as the garage was closed on Sundays and they weren't allowed to leave cars in the parking lot overnight. I arrived Sunday evening and went to the checkout counter to ask for the manager and explained why and another worker at the service counter also said "yes, that's something we do". The cashier called for the manager, Jey, over the headset 4 times before he finally made his way toward the front, looking right at us. A customer stopped him and he paused to help them and when he was done, he proceeded to walk away without ever coming to the front. I had to track him down in the store and when I explained, he rudely told me that was false information and all he could do was take my key and my name and put the key in the safe. He told me to pull my car around to the garage and he'd meet me there. After waiting outside for a few minutes, I walked back to the front and had to ask another employee to call for him over the headset. He responded and found me with a drink in his hand saying "sorry, I thought I had time to grab a drink and got pulled away". He took my name and key and walked away. The next morning the garage called because they couldn't find my keys and didn't know what was happening. I explained what happened and he told me that the manager was incorrect and he'd get it cleared up. The head of the garage, the employees I spoke to in the store, and the tech that worked on my vehicle were all very kind and professional and I was very happy with all their help! However, the manager was rude and condescending and made what should have been a simple transaction far more stressful as I was nervous all night that my vehicle was going to get broken into because in his words "I don't know the area well enough to say if it will be safe overnight". Again, cannot say enough about the other employees of the store, they were all amazing.

The first gentleman I spoke to was the most unhelpful individual, providing zero customer service and telling me to wait for tomorrow in finding some headphones for me. Aldin, however, was the mvp for checking the inventory and helping me get the exact headphones I needed. Give Aldin a raise💪

Stopped in and talked to the geek squad on a product and gave us information how to get it and where they didn't carry product but did assist and very helpful for sure. Great location!!
