I encountered a warranty issue with my GoPro and was presented with the option of replacement. The stock selection was unsatisfactory, requiring me to make difficult decisions. Ava provided invaluable assistance during this process. She demonstrated patience and expertise in addressing my inquiries. Once my decision was finalized, we proceeded to the checkout counter. However, Ava encountered a situation where she was unfamiliar with a specific aspect of the process. Instead of delegating the task to another employee, she proactively sought help to learn and manage the situation independently. This act of self-reliance and initiative is commendable, especially in the younger generation. Thank you, Ava.
On my last visit, it took it back to get some help.
Thier website was wrong about how much stuff they had in stock. They had quite more in stock than what was listed.
Getting in and out of this location is a pain in the butt.
The parking lot said it was not that great.
