My experience with Geek Squad IT was stellar. PRO TIP: Make an appointment in advance if you can.
The staff was kind, helpful and knowledgeable, listening to my concerns and explaining things clearly.
I was heading out of town in a week when an old laptop seemed dead. Because this store had an appointment 6 hours earlier than my regular one, I switched to this one.
Within a relatively short timeframe they helped me diagnose the problem. My 9 old device was on its last legs anyway, so I shopped online that night to compare models.
Long story short, they got it barely back to life, confirmed my suspicion it needed replacing, and help set up my new device within 2-3 days. Each time I had an appointment.
I observed a number of people showing up without appointments, then being rude or impatient when there was a wait for service.
