My partner's iPhone17 died and wouldn't take a charge or start back up. We went to the Geek Squad desk and talked with Brandon (I think that was the name!). He knew immediately what the issue was and how to fix it. He said this has happened a ton of times and we just needed to charge it differently to get it going. It was a simple fix so he didn't charge us for his time. While we didn't spend any money with Best Buy this day, it made a great impression and makes me feel confident I can go back with problems and get good help.
Absolutely love this store! The staff is always super helpful and friendly, making my shopping experience enjoyable every time. They have a fantastic selection of electronics and always seem to have the best deals.
Had what I was looking for, but waited in line to check out over 15 minutes . They had only 1 cashier and she was explaining something to a couple. After someone complained to the manager, they finally got another cashier to get things moving. Ridiculous to wait that long to check out.
