I was on a fact-finding mission. I told Zach Gibson, I was just checking things out and wasn't looking to buy at this time. He was fabulous answered all my questions and explained the different types of LED ( QLED & OLED) to me.
Terrible customer service. Can’t talk to store manager on phone to fix issue. Geek Squad can’t help, when they are the problem. I took my JBL Flip 6 on 8/20/25 to get fixed.in St. Louis. They shipped it to repair center close to Chicago on 8/21/25. Almost two weeks later, it is still in transit. Geek Squad told me what I already know. Then hung up on me as I wanted to know where the JBL was and when I could expect to get the repair back.
I went in to look for a Cricut. I know that’s not something everyone goes in there for so I wasn’t expecting everyone to be super knowledgeable. I was standing there looking at the different options and a super nice employee came over to see if I needed help and she was AMAZING. She had a lot of experience with them which was so helpful. She wasn’t trying to upsell me like other places do either. I highly recommend this location!! I believe her name was Lee and I’m so sorry if that isn’t the spelling but I just want to give her a shoutout! The man greeting me at the door just as nice too. I hope the hiring manager(s) know they’re doing a wonderful job:)
Very nice store for buying gadgets and electronics. They have great deals everyday on their app too.
