How do I check product availability at the South County Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

Went in to do a return of an unused MS Office 365. They said they couldn't return it in store, I pulled up their return policy that specific states that you can return these items in store. They fought with me for a long time till I asked for the store manager name and the info I would need to elevate this to the corporate office. After that they found a "work around" and we're able to complete the return.

Very upset with Best buy installation and delivery. First fridge was smashed and second I got with damaged front door. See scratches on the picture) Installation guy left me fridge with door beeping non stop, water leak and no water running because filter wasn't installed.
