Employees have no clue!!
I came here to purchase a $120 keyboard that I had researched online. They said they had three in stock, but when I arrived, they only had two, and they were both the wrong color. An employee asked if I needed help. I asked if they had the keyboard in black, but he said no. Then, he pointed me to a completely different keyboard and said, “Well, we have this one in black just because it was black. He had no idea what he was even pointing at.”
Brick-and-mortar stores are puzzled why they lose customers. Here’s a clue: I’m purchasing the keyboard online from Amazon right after writing this review while sitting in their parking lot! This is like the second or third time this has happened.
I get it. It’s only a $120 keyboard, but still, it looks like they’d be fighting for every sale they can get.
