Employees working at this store don't understand what your asking for like rechargeable batteries not used rechargeable batteries

I am updating my review below. After taking the car back to Best Buy they found the issue, admitted it was due to improper installation, fixed it and reimbursed me for the cost of the diagnostics I had done at other shops. Daniel was very knowledgeable, helpful and apologetic for the mistake.
Do not recommend for car stereo installation, despite the “free install.” First and foremost when I had the original appointment the communication was terrible and you cannot get ahold of anyone at the shop. Secondly, they did a bad install causing a parasitic drain on my battery that I have been dealing with for months trying to figure out what’s going on. After taking it the the dealership (the third shop I’ve had look at this problem) I’m told not only did they isolate the problem to the new entertainment system but that Best Buy had wrapped a wire around my brake pedal which is dangerous and indicates a serious level of sloppiness.

I came into best buy store #30 as they say. I had a young lady named ajla who was a really respectable person and helped me out a ton. she was really helpful on answering my questions i had about ring cameras that i wanted to put on my house. She is such a sweetheart, thank you ajla!!!
Brenden helped us with a new tv, the mounting equipment, a sound bar and some accessories and set up the installation. Buying a tv can be overwhelming with all the different variations: LED, QLED, OLED and more! Brenden was so patient and explained things to a low tech guy who still has an Atari, in a clear way! He walked my wife and I through a maze of the many options. He definitely is a true expert and a real treasure. It’s definitely hard to find someone like Brenden who has the combination of knowledge and good service skills. This store was well stocked with so many displays. Why waste time with a competitor that does not have this type of service?
