Zero stars you can't talk to anyone in the store because you talk to that freaking AI technology Second they are bigger scammer the bank that they give you payment options. They are lying that they they did not get my payments even they cashed the checks already three times trying to get $35 from my late fees, swear would never buy anything from Best Buy store in my life

I'll start by saying, customer service is on par. I was quite upset when speaking to all 5 or so representatives I dealt with today and they stayed calm, cool, and professional. That aside... Whatever company Best Buy contracts for deliveries needs to be fired. Delivery arrived at my residence, we had an issue with the water line my for fridge, at first the delivery person was very cordial and tried to help. Then something shifted. He asked if I'd like them to go ahead and leave my new fridge even if it meant they couldn't haul the old one away. I responded yeah, as I was cleaning water from my floor. I didn't realize the old copper line had cracked and sprung a leak before they arrived. I ran downstairs for a quick minute and returned upstairs to find the delivery truck, drivers and my fridge were gone. No "we're leaving", no "these are the next steps you should take", no communication that they were on their way and taking my fridge with them. AT ALL!! I immediately called the customer service line and while I was speaking to a representative, Best Buy was actually calling me on the other line. I was told the delivery drivers would be returning to my residence with my refrigerator and so I waited. 45 minutes or more passed, in that time I got my water line repaired and I even moved my old derelict fridge into the living room to make the delivery go smoother and faster. I called back and was now told the earliest they would be at my house was 430pm. 5pm quickly came and still no sign of my fridge. I called again and was told to wait until 630pm when my delivery window closed and call again if it still hadn't arrived. Well, IT DID NOT ARRIVE! 630pm on the dot I called yet again and was now told the earliest delivery would be Tuesday between 7am and 7pm. So now, 3 more days of waiting for a fridge that I already waited 10 days for from the date I made my purchase. An entire day of things I planned to do with my twin three year olds wasted because I was waiting on a delivery only to have the delivery service leave me without the appliance I NEED! Now to be followed by another day that will revolve around yet another arbitrary window of time. Thanks Best Buy, that delivery service you contract out is just soooooo amazing......amazingly ridiculous and unacceptable.
