Terrible customer service. I came to the store in an effort to support brick and mortar businesses over Amazon. Employees are not willing to help. I approached the checkout desk after several employees looked right through me and ignored “excuse me”…. The girl working at the desk told me she would page someone to meet me. No one showed so after about 10 mins I approached a male employee working the floor. He was obviously irritated to help and instead of answering my question, he told me “a simple Google search will tell you”. What on earth!? When I asked if the item I was looking (voIP phone) for was carried in the store, he told me to look at the shelf….?? As though I hadn’t already tried that. Anyway, I decided this was no longer worth my time and before departing he said something along the lines of “I didn’t build the phone towers, I don’t know”. The absurdity and defensiveness of this guy was out of this world. I will be a lifelong Amazon customer.

My husband went in on the 11th of this month around 7 pm to purchase a new 3d printer. When he asked an employee for help locating the 3d printer he wanted to purchase the employee told him to come back tomorrow morning because the printer was probably in the back room. So my husband drove farther to micro center where he was greeted as soon as he walked in, asked what he was looking for and quickly and kindly helped get what he wanted and after making his $ 600.00 purchase he was helped to load the large printer into his truck.
We will not be shopping at this best buy location ever again!!
I am a retail store manager . The behavior my husband experienced at this store is unexceptable on every level.

Went in to get dash cameras installed on my wife and I’s cars. They made sure to keep us informed of their progress and did a quality job.
