Selection has really dwindled. They are just a shell of what they used to be.
Bought an OtterBox as a gift for my father-in-law but missed the very minimal 15-day return window. The case was never used, still in the packaging, and I simply asked for store credit. The staff seemed more annoyed than helpful and showed zero interest in finding a solution.
I’ve spent plenty at Best Buy over the years, but this experience sealed it. I won’t be shopping here again unless someone who actually cares about customer service decides to reach out.
