7 hours to unloaded very bad place for truck drive

Nice people and very easy to pick up what you ordered.

Appt: 6:30 Arrived guard shack at 6:00 Got a door right away, empty and signed paperwork in hand at 6:50. 👍🏼

I looked at my email for pickup and clicked on the link for information about how to pick it up including the hours, and it said the hours including Sunday opening at 11 am. When I went there to pick it up on Sunday after church it was closed and there were no hours posted on the building. I looked at the email again and there was a second link for hours for pickup near the bottom of the email which stated it was closed on Sunday. They need to fix their problems. I wasted my time and gas going to pick it up.
