I bought a drone. They asked me if I wanted a two-year warranty for it. “Assuming they meant a normal 2 year warranty” It cost $499 No one ever disclosed any information on the warranty to me. I was never even given warranty paperwork. later on I found out that the $499 warranty was a warranty that could only be used once and it’s done but you have 2 years to use it or it expires. Had I known that I most definitely would’ve never bought it. Reason I wanted to use the warranty was because a piece of my drone broke which is $100 piece. I would’ve been more than happy to have bought that and fixed it myself than pay $499 For a false advertised or not advertised at all warranty. In my world we call that Shystie. Pretty sad that a place like Best Buy has to screw people over to make money. I guess they’re trying to keep from becoming the next Circuit City.

Do not purchase appliances from this store! I worked with Matthew Wacker and was assured that we would have instillation on a full kitchen set of appliances. We paid cash for this and were set to have the fridge delivered today. The delivery was rescheduled and then when they came in to install they said they were not able to do anything with the water line. This was never communicated to us prior. We called a neighbor to come work on the line who was 10 min away, and the delivery team packed up and drove off without even telling us. The home owner! We were on hold for over an hour with the worst customer service who would not communicate or assist and kept telling us they could reschedule the delivery. These people didn’t even tell the truth on the delivery note- why would we want to work with them again? We canceled the order and will use a more competent local company. Do not believe the sales people lies!

we had to go finds a sales person. Website did not state "scratch and dent" was only at Bridgeton location when looking at units online. Had we known that we wouldve went to that location but by time we got to st peters store Bridgeton was closed and hours there during week do not work for us. bought the washer and set up delivery. I get email to confirm delivery address and its wrong so i have to call. turns out name and address and placement in house ALL wrong. we get it all fixed. then the day before delivery they call and placement is still wrong (basement not hallway). For PAID delivery I think its insane to have no idea time of day for delivery until the day before and even then its a 4 hour window. IMO both of those things are beyond disrespectful. its impossible to plan ahead for delivery when its set up like this. For a PAID service the customers time should be respected more.

"Gatekeeper" at the front door made us wait way too long for an employee to "help" us when we already knew from a previous visit what we wanted. (Note: employee at previous Saturday visit was excellent.) Today (Thursday) the guy was quite surly, but did help load our items into our truck.
