Just traded in an older MacBook Air for a new one and the process was simple and efficient. It only took maybe 5 minutes and I was back out the door. Their trade-in (online) gave me $300 more than any other source, including Apple.
Other visits to see things in person before buying went great and the few employees I’ve talked with were helpful and, most importantly, not pushy.
Their membership program may be a good deal for some, depending on what you buy there. Also it’s pretty easy to get credit card for large purchases.
